These inept grease xxxxxxx CANNOT get anything done properly. There was an alternator issue and these clowns misdiagnosed saying its the battery after spending an hour and charging $200 for the diagnos properly. Decided to get a second opinion and therefore took the car to another VW specialist who's been in the business for 30+ years. His opinion? The alternator. Oh and the crazy part? It literally took him about 10 minutes to conclude the diagnosis and he didn't even want to charge me anything for it. Took the car back to the dealership and because they said they can't properly diagnosis if its the alternator without replacing the battery (which absolutely made no sense as the other mechanic was able to deduce that the alternator was faulty without having to replace the battery), had no choice but to replace the battery (as the extended warranty I purchased with the car only covers works done at VW dealerships) and hope that the extended warranty would cover the battery cost under consequential damage. 3+ hours later, ALAS it's the alternator. Fortunately the extended warranty would cover the alternator, however, the battery would not be covered even if the damage is consequential. Alright, so let's get this done then. Alternator gets replaced days later. Then the fun starts. The car starts having oil leaks all of sudden. Mind you this has never happened before. Quite the coincidence eh? Decided to take the car back to the VW specialist instead of the dealership as he was far more honest and reliable. He checks the engine bay and guess what we found? A loose screw on the alternator. Another screw had already gone missing. The VW specialist then proceeded to tighten the remaining screw and found another in his shop to replace the missing one all free of charge once again. This was only a few days after the new alternator was installed by the dealership NOT months and certainly NOT years after. Please explain how this is even possible unless those clowns half-assed the work. Can't believe this is the quality of a $2500+ job. Reached out to those imbeciles immediately to get to the bottom of this substandard "work" only to be told that I would hear back from the service manager Jason. We had a long weekend coming up (first week of August) so I decided to wait until the next business day when he'd be in office - August 5th. Well, four full business days have passed since that man returned to office from his vacation and I've yet to receive ANY apology from these imbeciles for this deliberate, malicious negligence. Needless to say, I will never be taking my car back to anywhere that operates under the name jim pattison as they clearly lack any professionalism or qualification to deal with machines that have direct impact on people's safety. Next time your beloved VW breaks down, do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere. More

Absolutely useless and completely unprofessional. I had the displeasure of dealing with Tom Parvoti. My initial enquiry was for a timing belt service. He replied stating he could find me the perfect vehicle. I corrected him and he sated he would pass it on to the service department. The next contact he is thanking me for coming in for a test drive. I told him that I was no longer interested in dealing with Jim Pattison Vplkswagen if he was an example of the people working there and not to contact me again. The very next day he sends me an email expressing his interest in setting up a second test drive!!! More

Since I bought my Passat in 2015 I am doing regular service and some unscheduled repairs in Jim Pattison Volkswagen service in Guildford. I always felt treated with utmost respect and very professional service and some unscheduled repairs in Jim Pattison Volkswagen service in Guildford. I always felt treated with utmost respect and very professionally. In last couple years I am dealing almost exclusively with VW Manager Yogesh Prasad, who treats me always as VIP, always trying to provide reasonable, timely and reliable service for my vehicle. Yogesh always goes beyond the scope, or "one extra mile", of his work- which is a rare commodity these days. Once my car broke down outside of warranty, he did everything the problem to be fixed timely and properly, even providing me with a courtesy car free of charge. I feel lucky for having Yogesh as a primary contact at VW, and as reliable and honest service provider for my vehicle. But don't get me wrong, I didn't meet a single employee at JP Volkswagen who didn't treat me courteously and professionally. All Kudos for Manager Prasad and his team. Mike Novakovic More
I was out of town on a work assignment, and my wife's car slid and hit the curb. My wife called around a few dealers, and no one was willing to help her. I wish there were more people out there like Yogesh who understand difficult situations and go out of their way to help people. Yogesh kept her up to date and was very transparent. I would have never returned to the dealership because of mistakes made by the Sales manager, I ended up buying my car elsewhere HOWEVER I continue to go there because of the Service team. I went today to have my 2019 Golf Highline serviced and as usual Yogesh the operations manager was there to great me with a smile. He makes a person feel at home and he is easy to trust. Another gentleman that is a part of the service team is Mo, I highly recommend both these gentleman foir your volkswagen needs. More
