VW JP dealership is the worst responded

I gave more than sufficient time for you guys to respond - 4 full business days AFTER being informed that the service manager jason would respond after returning to office and now a whopping 8 full business days since I decided to give you guys a chance to at least apologize for the issues substandard service dept has created. So xxxx no I will not be returning to that hovel of a dealership as you guys have zero reliability nor any business ethics expected of a dealership. ALSO the front light on my car was damaged while it was getting serviced last time, and although service has fixed it (which obviously delayed the pick up of my car), it's egregious how customers vehicles are treated in the shop. No wonder you guys disconnect the car dashcam once the car is dropped off there. I will not be removing this review in hopes that no one else is scammed and mistreated by your malpractice in the future.
