Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure! I was promptly greeted by Ken Chan, Sales Manager who respected me when I initially said I was just looking and would come find him if I had any questions. When questions arose, he was prompt, very knowledgeable and seemed very honest and genuine which was most refreshing. When I asked to test drive a vehicle, he took the time to get to know my knowledge of German cars and their incredible technology which I needed especially as I was not a car person and it had been years since I had been in the market for a new vehicle. The test drive went well and I fell in love with the car. Even as I debated colour choices, Ken still did not assume we had a deal and continued to work with me to ensure I was 100% certain and happy with my decision to buy. He was cognizant and considerate of my time as I needed to pick my son up before we had finished all the paperwork and arranged for my introduction to Mary Chik, Business Office Associate who said we could do the credit application by phone at my convenience, which we did later that evening. The following day, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I finished work early and was at the dealership 2 hrs earlier than the time I initially said I would be there and the VW team worked together to accommodate me. I was promptly seen by Deep Sachdeva, Financial Services Manager who patiently explained the warranty options and their associated costs, again no pressure to purchase anything but I'm very happy to have the mechanical breakdown protection as well as the exterior/interior protection at an affordable price. Deep's hand off to the ICBC rep was seemless and I regret I didn't get her card but she was also knowledgeable and provided her genuine opinion without being pushy which I appreciated. Finally I was handed back to Ken who took the time to walk me through the car's features and offered his assistance should any questions arise in the future. Not only am I now a huge fan of my amazing new Jetta but also of the staff at North Surrey VW! Thank you for your patience, kindness, knowledge, cooperation and efficiency. You made what initially seemed like a daunting experience, a very positive one. More

I trust JP VW with my car, and that's a big deal. I don't trust anyone with my car except Jim Pattison VW. Seriously. I"ve tried other dealerships and nothing compares to these guys. It's been 14 years since I bought my last car and wasn't really looking forward to buying and dealing with a dealership but Dominic Dinh made the whole experience worthwhile. There was no pressure placed on me to make a quick decision. He was thorough and patient with all my enquiries. I told him I didn't want to do the haggling thing and he respected that. Told him what I wanted and a few texts later I had my almost new car with a full tank of gas. Everyone there from the sales people to the insurance gentleman were friendly and polite. Amazing Service!!! He told me not to worry and they would find the issue with my car. The same day I received a call and they identified what was wrong with my Jetta and told me when he would have it fixed. The vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion.I have had the car back for about two weeks now and it has been great. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly, caring and most Importantly competent. I would recommend going to this dealership and speaking to Reg if you would like a friendly hassle free service. More

Terrible Customer Service- Extremely Rude I exchanged emails with Dominic Dinh for about a week leading up to me having a Thursday appointment made by him. After driving 4 hours, and showing u I exchanged emails with Dominic Dinh for about a week leading up to me having a Thursday appointment made by him. After driving 4 hours, and showing up on time for the appointment, he wasn't even there, and he showed up 3 hours later. When I road tested the vehicle it had a check engine light on, which the salesman told me he would have the service department look at, which he did after the road test. The service department told him that the light was on because the gas cap was loose. Which I later found out when driving home, it was actually a misfire code. When I got home I brought this to their attention with basically no help. I had to take it to a local dealer, and lucky for me the issue was covered by a warranty extension. Saving me nearly 900 dollars. To make a long story short, this dealership is completely dishonest, and after the sale is made they are done with the customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. More

He takes the time to explain what is going in with my Passat in terms that I can understand. He arranges a ride to drop me off at work in the morning and pick me up again later in the day.
