Overpaid! I suppose it's my fault. The sales general sales manager kept telling me he couldn't go any lower. At some point i believed him. Turns out my friend b I suppose it's my fault. The sales general sales manager kept telling me he couldn't go any lower. At some point i believed him. Turns out my friend bought the exact same car as me from them months earlier for 4,000 less! I was eager and didn't wait for her to look up her paper work till after. I also got a terrible trade in rate for my car (again my fault). Everyone there kept telling me "wow you got such a good deal" however i heard later they say that to everyone. I will never go there again and i will definitely brush up on my bargaining skills as they are hard to get down even when there is A LOT of bargaining room. More

Courteous and professional ! I recently purchased a 2017 Jetta TSI at JPVolkswagen Surrey. Dennis Zephyr and Deep worked hard to get me my new car. Once Deep solidified the financ I recently purchased a 2017 Jetta TSI at JPVolkswagen Surrey. Dennis Zephyr and Deep worked hard to get me my new car. Once Deep solidified the finances .. Zephyr and dennis made sure the car was pristine when I came to get the car. Zephyr spent his valuable time going over the car functions ,safety features and emergency contacts. A blue tooth issue was at first aggrevating but was remedied speedily by the service department. (Reg & Candice) Love my new Jetta ! Ty to everyone at JPVolkswagen ! More

Service Department Amazing, fast and efficient service provided by Reg Bains. I ran into an issue with my Jetta this morning where the door wouldn’t close. I called VW a Amazing, fast and efficient service provided by Reg Bains. I ran into an issue with my Jetta this morning where the door wouldn’t close. I called VW and explained the issue to Reg whom advised me to bring the car in. He had it fixed in a hour and was very accommodating to my schedule on short notice. I make my way from to Richmond to deal with Jim Pattinson VW service due to the customer service and friendly staff. More

Poor Craftsmanship and very poor customer relationship I had a warranty issue, They did not even understand the problem, then they charged me $120 for 10 minute checking, because it was 'no warranty issu I had a warranty issue, They did not even understand the problem, then they charged me $120 for 10 minute checking, because it was 'no warranty issue'. Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure! I had been looking to replace my 15 year old car and had grown weary of high pressure sales pitches when I entered Jim Pattison's Volkswagen in the No I had been looking to replace my 15 year old car and had grown weary of high pressure sales pitches when I entered Jim Pattison's Volkswagen in the North Surrey auto mall. I was promptly greeted by Ken Chan, Sales Manager who respected me when I initially said I was just looking and would come find him if I had any questions. When questions arose, he was prompt, very knowledgeable and seemed very honest and genuine which was most refreshing. When I asked to test drive a vehicle, he took the time to get to know my knowledge of German cars and their incredible technology which I needed especially as I was not a car person and it had been years since I had been in the market for a new vehicle. The test drive went well and I fell in love with the car. Even as I debated colour choices, Ken still did not assume we had a deal and continued to work with me to ensure I was 100% certain and happy with my decision to buy. He was cognizant and considerate of my time as I needed to pick my son up before we had finished all the paperwork and arranged for my introduction to Mary Chik, Business Office Associate who said we could do the credit application by phone at my convenience, which we did later that evening. The following day, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I finished work early and was at the dealership 2 hrs earlier than the time I initially said I would be there and the VW team worked together to accommodate me. I was promptly seen by Deep Sachdeva, Financial Services Manager who patiently explained the warranty options and their associated costs, again no pressure to purchase anything but I'm very happy to have the mechanical breakdown protection as well as the exterior/interior protection at an affordable price. Deep's hand off to the ICBC rep was seemless and I regret I didn't get her card but she was also knowledgeable and provided her genuine opinion without being pushy which I appreciated. Finally I was handed back to Ken who took the time to walk me through the car's features and offered his assistance should any questions arise in the future. Not only am I now a huge fan of my amazing new Jetta but also of the staff at North Surrey VW! Thank you for your patience, kindness, knowledge, cooperation and efficiency. You made what initially seemed like a daunting experience, a very positive one. More
