Worst car buying experience of my life! Found the exact truck I was looking for. Just so happened to show up at Land Rover. After I agreed to purchase it, my experience went to xxxx. The salesman screwed up the terms of the contract twice, all while sending me his internal documents that he created the contracts with. On delivery day, I find a scratch on the passenger door, that the detailers/service team put into it. They were going to just let me drive it off the lot. Trying to get them to acknowledge it and get it fixed took us a full week until my wife had to drive to the dealership and physically speak to the sales manager. Truck went in for body work only to return it to me with failed parking sensors. After sending it back in, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, their detail/service team decided to dent and scratch the truck again!!! Absolute carelessness with the vehicle. I decided to not go through with the purchase and sell it back to them. Now I’m left with no truck, and a very jaded view of this dealership.
