Good Evening, I am writing to you with regards to your review that you left on our Dealer Rater Page. You mentioned in your post that you went to Test Drive an RR Sport but at the time we only had a used vehicle on hand that was available. Immediately after you were told that the one on the lot was sold. I can assure you that our sales staff would have checked the vehicle after you left to ensure that the vehicle you were looking for was absolutely sold, after finding out the deal had fallen through made a judgement call to return your call. I understand the frustration of not checking while you were there however I am curious as to how you rated us a 1 out of 5 stars. Was there anything else that we could have done or could do in the future for other customers?
