Todd did not pressure, persuade or try to "sell" us something. We gave him our budget and he showed us the discovery sport. The great thing was that he really respected our budget and didn't treat us like we were second class because we couldn't afford the full Range Rover. Todd allowed us to test drive the car and even went as far as allowing us to put the kids car seats in the car so we could all go for a drive. We didn't know what to do and told Todd we needed a few days. Obviously he was a little disappointed but he actually just said hey no worries call me if you have questions and he hoped to see us soon. A couple days later and some negotiations we had a brand new vehicle. The car sold itself and Todd was an excellent person to answer questions and take us through the whole process. I never once felt pressured into the situation. We absolutely love the car and we hope our next vehicle will be the Range Rover should finances permit. I really enjoyed the experience and Todd even helped me out and introduced me to the GM so I could ask them about providing them items that my small business provides. Walking into Land Rover I didn't expect the experience we had. My experience with bmw is that if you walk in there wearing jeans you are just not worth the hello from anyone. Truthfully I thought it would have been the same at land rover. Great job Todd and thanks for making the experience for myself and my family a great one. Go see Todd if you want a person that cares, doesn't judge and is there to educate you and make sure you get what you want. More

Todd Christensen took the time to explain: the highlights of the vehicle, the leasing process, the pricing, warranty, etc... He even made sure my cell phone connected. My first experience with Land Rover has far exceeded my expectations. I was able to relax and breathe, knowing they were not staring down my wallet like it was their next meal (take a lesson Jeep, Ford...). A little respect and honesty goes a long way... especially in this economy. Great job!! Here's hoping the "Peaceful Easy Feeling" continues into the services phase. More

Sent 3 emails and only 1 respond received with thanks for contacting them! What the waste of time!!!! They don't want to deal with customers and losing business! Went to BC and bought new Disco Sport from Vancouver with great discount! Don't deal with this dealer, they don't deserve your money in the way they work!!!! Awfull!!!!!! Stay a way from them, especially they do not want to negotiate price! Let them be out of business shortly with such attitude! There are other dealerships want to make a business with us! More
Passenger Door Mirror Replacement I accidentally broke my passenger door mirror about 1.5 ago. I called the dealership and spoke to Charlie Brodie. He was pleasant and helpful and c I accidentally broke my passenger door mirror about 1.5 ago. I called the dealership and spoke to Charlie Brodie. He was pleasant and helpful and confirmed to me for my make and model (LR2) that he had the mirror I needed in stock. I could drop by and he could take a look to make sure it didn't need anything else. I don't live close to the LR Calgary location, so to come down there during the week when I work is very difficult, as are Saturday. I happened to be in the vicinity of the dealership late Saturday June 13th, so I dropped by around 4pm, to check and see if the mirror part was all I needed, expecting to have to make another appointment to have work actually done. Turns out Charlie was actually at the service parts desk (as all other technicians were gone for the day) and not only did they still have the mirror I needed, but Charlie was able to take out broken mirror and put in new one in about 20 minutes!!! I have never got in an out of ANY dealership that fast when it came to having something fixed. So I was delighted that in about the hour I had on Saturday when I dropped by unplanned that Charlie was actually there and was able to fix it so quickly and did a great job. I will definitely ask for Charlie in the future!!! More
Mistakes and Delays... please stay away. The people are very friendly... But. Service is awful.... I was told numerous different stories from different people, and nothing added up. Also had to wait for "new" headlights to be shipped in.... but when I had my personal mechanic do some work, we noticed that the headlights were actually "used"... but was charged for "new"... Very shady dealership... I cant wait for a second one to open in Calgary. For the time being I am telling all my HNW clients to drive elsewhere to buy their Landrovers.... Really, this day and age... to act like that.... if any competition comes along they will lose massive market share. More

The one star rating I provided is only because I can't enter negative stars. Three weeks to book an appointment, $1,200 to replace a headlight, 10 day wait for parts. No communication from the service advisors, waited on hold for at least 20 minutes to call in for updates. Land Rover is a division of Indian Tata Motors and these vehicles are starting to be made in China, I can't imagine how poor the build quality is going to be, the good news is the service can't get any worse. The worst decision I have made is owning a Land Rover, I'm listing mine for sale and buying a Lincoln or Caddilac. At some point I thought someone was playing a prank on me, however, their service is really that horrible - all this for a reasonable $150/hour! More

I was always told watch out for land rover be careful maintence issues etc!! Lies!! I've owned a sport since 2011, and I wouldn't enter another dealership! Everything from Chris in servicing , to Jim, to Patrick the manager, wonderful !!! I'd never go to another dealership. Any questions or issues, they fix it. Treat you like royalty and there's no price on that! As a women it's nice to know you can openly go and talk to a manager at anytime and not feel like you are getting ripped off but they truly care! I highly recommend them and have sent many friends there who are also very happy. Judge for yourself . More
Horrible Experience! ! I arranged to test drive a new RR Sport. On arrival get pushed towards second hand vehicles then get told no new Sports on site! When walking back to my car I see a Sport and then get told oh yes its sold. 10 mins after leaving dealership I get a call to say sale fallen through so can now test drive! Couldn't explain why this one was $10 more than others with similar specs. Wouldn't trust them to sell me key fob. By the way car is fantastic will buy with someone else. More

They are awful!! Customer service is not their game the dealership appears to move a ton of product in this market and absolutely does not care about the ongoing customer experience! Shame on you Land Rover! More
