Excellent service experience I recently had my Rogue in for a fair bit of work, pricing was competitive compared to what I had been expecting, but they went above and beyond offer I recently had my Rogue in for a fair bit of work, pricing was competitive compared to what I had been expecting, but they went above and beyond offering me shuttle service to and from the dealership, gave me options and allowed me to make the choce on what I needed repaired. I appreciate the honesty in their recommendations. They have made a lot of changes in service recently and the staff is all top notch. Judgemental sales person Went to test drive a sportscar that my spouse wants to buy. Drove up in his "work" beater car. Asked to test drive and were told by Ron Myles yes, " Went to test drive a sportscar that my spouse wants to buy. Drove up in his "work" beater car. Asked to test drive and were told by Ron Myles yes, "if you plan on buying it". He did not ask us any pre-qualifying questions lke: have we been looking long?; were we planning on paying cash or finance?; what other types of cars have we looked at? etc.... He was extremely rude to us in his tone and his answer considering we are both over 55. We left. We have no intentions now of EVER buying a car from them or from Nissan. More
They have done me well personally! A lot of reviews on here people have had a real bad time, I've only dealt with the service bay crew as I bought used at another dealer. Slashing prices in half, helping check the small things by taking bulbs out so I can compare and always being fast with work. I've enjoyed my Altima with the work I get done there but I know this is my first and last Nissan by the reviews I've read on here. More

Went to voice my concerns to general manager..he left me standing in lobby for over 5 minutes while he sat in his office..not with anyone and not on the phone..I left and they later contacted me by phone..I expressed my concerns..he assured me he would get back to me and never heard a thing! Bye bye gregg vann..no more car purchases or service..oh did I mention they wanted $89 to change my high beam bulb???! Just had it done this week elsewhere for $25! Crooks..you have lost another customer..will not refer your business to anyone More

The service adviser, Ken Wah, was argumentative and rude but most important not very knowledgeable. He suggested I find a new dealer and I intend on taking his advice. More
Worst dealership ever walked into Walked in and a tall older man asked if he could help me. I said I wanted to test drive a Rogue. He asked if I lived close by.
