When I purchased a vehicle, I was told it had no accidents. When I had body work done to it due to stones being thrown at the car when a truck went off the road, I took it to a body shop (accredited accidents. When I had body work done to it due to stones being thrown at the car when a truck went off the road, I took it to a body shop (accredited) and they told me the vehicle had been in a major front end accident.. S.V. was the one who sold me the vehicle. I then asked Nissan about it and the Manager had told me that he knew I was in an accident.. so they sold me a vehicle that had extensive work done to it, and lied about it.. I didn't buy from Hyundai because I trusted the Nissan was a good car company.. turns out they lie just as much as any other.. no good review for Cambridge Nissan.. when I confronted S.V about it, she was very rude through emails and didn't try to rectify anything or even consider to speak with me about my vehicle. I had my car towed to Nissan last Monday because it wouldn't start, they took a look at it and said it was the battery. They changed the battery, charged me $500, I drove it twice and had the exact sam wouldn't start, they took a look at it and said it was the battery. They changed the battery, charged me $500, I drove it twice and had the exact same problem happen this weekend. They want to charge me again for the diagnostic fees even though it is the exact same issue so clearly they diagnosed it wrong and charged me for it the fisrt time. And they said they'll try to fit it in, within the month between other appointments. Seriously!?! I'm supposed to go up to a month without a vehicle? Now because I said no, I'll take it somewhere else, so I'll have to have it towed again they said if it's still there tomorrow they're going to charge me for parking on they're lot. Absolutly TERRIBLE customer service. More
Called to speak to someone about service done under warranty and got minimal support. Went to to other dealerships to get a quote for for the part - called them back to confirm that the 10,000 job they warranty and got minimal support. Went to to other dealerships to get a quote for for the part - called them back to confirm that the 10,000 job they did last May 2024 has been given problems and I have one year warranty - they said I would still have to do another diagnostic test - even though I paid for one to confirm their denial of support and work by a Kitchener Nissan dealer ship. They said they could only see me in one week. Asked for a print of of the work order done to pick up that day too - they did print it off yet when I went inside most of the technicians were sitting inside not busy at all taking a break, Why could they not squeeze me in that day? Two other dealerships did? The work was done here...shouldn't they be the ones making room for better care and customer service? I have never met such a rude dealership - usually when the front staff are cold and unapproable it is a top-down issue. Greg Vann may not be doing justice or service to treating people right. Here I am waiting one week to go see me them week - wish me luck! Ugh More
Called to speak to mechanic about a code and they said I couldn’t. They couldn’t get me in for another 5 days either. So, I called another Nissan dealer in a nearby city and they let me speak to a Service couldn’t. They couldn’t get me in for another 5 days either. So, I called another Nissan dealer in a nearby city and they let me speak to a Service Manager who was kind, pleasant, informative and got me in today! They also gave me a free car wash coupon. They also told me that they could have put in a reconditioned transmission (Cambridge dealer said they only put in new ones and it would be about $10,000)! I won’t ever go to the Cambridge dealership again. Their customer service is lacking. More

Although Sue was extremely busy on a number of occasions, she still took the time to ensure we were comfortable and had something to drink while we waited. Sue also came in on her day off to accommodate us. Greg too worked with us although balancing a very busy schedule took the time to listen to what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone especially Sue Van. More
Worst Customer service. Took my Rogue in for a leaking water pump. They told me they were booked for the next 12 days. It was a warrant job. So of course they wouldnt help Took my Rogue in for a leaking water pump. They told me they were booked for the next 12 days. It was a warrant job. So of course they wouldnt help right away. I called Nissan Brantford. Brought it to them this afternoon. They checked it out and yes the water pump is leaking and they ordered one for me and sent me an email telling me I could have it fixed on Monday morning under warranty. I have spent my last dollars at Greg Vann Nissan.. The worst dealership ever with the worst front desk service More
My step son brought his 2018 altima in to have his power steering looked at. After informing him that he required a new steering pump and that the repair would be $4,000.00, they charged him their diagnos steering looked at. After informing him that he required a new steering pump and that the repair would be $4,000.00, they charged him their diagnostic fee of $150.00.. My step son turned the deal down and I soon got on the phone to locate a pump.. Found a pump by phone within 30 mins, for a mere $100.00... Step-son's first hands-on experience with replacing a car part on his own and he's now driving his car again with a completely serviceable steering system...$275.00 all-in vs. well over $4,000.00 quoted at Cambridge Nissan.. Totally disgusting and gouging quote.. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as humanly possible!! SWINDLERS to say the least!!! More

Was charge over 5000 and didn't get fix at all. They deliver my car something that I was surprised about and now I know why, they didn't fix anything. I paid another dealer to have my car looked at and they game the same lust parts that nissan had given me and had not fixed and had been paid for in advance. I wish I would of read reviews before taking my vehicle there. Customer service the worst, Tania, Jason all the same. Talked yo 3 people and tried to make me feel like I was crazy. If it helps please don't take your vehicles there. Very disappointed. More
Poor Customer Service and lack of Integrity to say the least, I wish I had read the Reviews before taking Vehicle. Got charged $380 and issue still not fixed, did not feel as a Valued Customer, only the least, I wish I had read the Reviews before taking Vehicle. First time I took my Murano for a oil change they told me I needed to have the brakes system fluid changed, it only had 12,000 km on the car. My son was a mechanic at Toyota and told me he had never heard of I needed to have the brakes system fluid changed, it only had 12,000 km on the car. My son was a mechanic at Toyota and told me he had never heard of anything so silly. The last time I made a appointment Tonia was working at the desk, she was very ignorant to me and talked to me like I did not know anything about cars even though I have been driving for over 60 years. When I got home I cancelled my appointment and called Kitchener Nissan and it was a totally different experience dealing with them. They made it sound like they really wanted my business. They repaired what I wanted done in a very professional and timely manner. What a difference. Greg Vann had better sharpen up because word does get around. Also they have a charge of 150 dollars per item even before they do anything, I had 2 items so that would have been 300.00 before anything was worked on, Kitchener Nissan had no such charge. More
