Trying to buybout my lease has been a horroble hassle. Told i needed them to safety ot first.. (which is wrong. Freaking ridiculous. Never buying a nissan again. Never going to this dealer again And will tell everyone everywhere to avoid them. More

What impressed me most was her no-pressure approach. She took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and allowed me to make my decision at my own pace. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into anything. Sue went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. Stay away, this place is the worst I've ever delt with. The only positive part of the whole transaction would be the exceptional sales lady Mariah Castro. The owner himself is a tool...for lack of better words, does not trust Nissan financing, so i had to pay cash for the vehicle in order to have it shipped to my location. Even after a direct transfer he held my car for 6 days, causing me to miss the scheduled transport deadline. Avoid this Dealer at all cost. More

On top of that, they have zero customer service, are rude, and Greg Vann is incredibly patronizing. Don't go there. If you live in the area, go to Nissan Kitchener instead. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, understand basic warranty, they are decent, and don't overcharge you. More

Recently changed oil in Greg Van Nissan and had diagnostics for my Nissan pathfinder. They told me that I need to change rear brakes (2mm and 3mm pads meat left). I bought parts (rear brakes with r diagnostics for my Nissan pathfinder. They told me that I need to change rear brakes (2mm and 3mm pads meat left). I bought parts (rear brakes with rotors) and brought the car in another garage (not dealership). They showed me that I don’t need to change these brakes (it was 7mm pads left). Moreover, I was shown that rear coil springs were broken and need to be replaced, and this is safety issue. In Greg Van they didn’t even mention about the issue. In overall I lost money ordering parts (which I don’t need to replace) and for other diagnostics. Also important safety issues was not even detected. It’s outrageous how this dealership is working. Never will come to it again. More
