First time I took my Murano for a oil change they told me I needed to have the brakes system fluid changed, it only had 12,000 km on the car. The last time I made a appointment Tonia was working at the desk, she was very ignorant to me and talked to me like I did not know anything about cars even though I have been driving for over 60 years. When I got home I cancelled my appointment and called Kitchener Nissan and it was a totally different experience dealing with them. They made it sound like they really wanted my business. They repaired what I wanted done in a very professional and timely manner. What a difference. Greg Vann had better sharpen up because word does get around. Also they have a charge of 150 dollars per item even before they do anything, I had 2 items so that would have been 300.00 before anything was worked on, Kitchener Nissan had no such charge. More

I cannot accept that a vehicle with less than 30000km should need brake parts. simply put by declining an arbitrary break service less than 6000km ago your service department are triggered to falsely condemn pad wear and insist on replacement. It is especially frustrating that you decided to circumvent dealing with me directly and instead chose to call my wife in spite of my leaving a preferred contact number. To then offer the thinly veiled courtesy of delivering my vehicle to circumvent my appearing to discuss the matter in person simply reinforces that you are not open to discussing the matter with me. While recuperating revenues lost over the pandemic is surely a business objective- doing so in this fashion is unacceptable. to say that you have lost my business is an understatement - your service department violated our trust- something that we tried to preserve even after our barely satisfactory experience with your sales team. Pictures provided do not show our vehicle or any measure of the brake pads we were given back which may not even be from our vehicle. It is a shame that a business like yours can continue to operate by gouging and avoiding disclosure with your customers. It would be strong language to say that there is a lack of integrity in your practices- so I will let your actions today say that for me. incredibly disappointed and discouraged. More
The worst customer service I ever dealt with, tried to set an appointment for warranty issues for my 2019 qashqai with 14,200km and Chris from customer service told me that there would be a $150.00 cha set an appointment for warranty issues for my 2019 qashqai with 14,200km and Chris from customer service told me that there would be a $150.00 charge for each item they inspect and that they would determine if it was under warranty. So I said if it's not covered under warranty you are charging me $300.00 to inspect two items and he said yes. I said that's outrageous just to inspect my issues and he said that's what we charge. I am not happy at this point but I need to get my vehicle inspected so I then try to set up an appointment, Chris (customer service person) said he will need the vehicle all day from 8:00am till 5:00pm and I said is there any other appointment after 8:00am, Chris said no it must be here all day or we cannot make the appointment, so I ask can I make an appointment for later in the day for just one issue and Chris said any warranty work we need your vehicle all day. So I ask Chris if I can't get my vehicle if for 8:00am you will not do any warranty work and he said that is correct. Wow the most unaccommodating place I have ever dealt with. I called Kitchener Nissan and what a difference, made my appointment for 10:30am and got warranty issue covered and a oil change done, all work was completed including oil change in one hour. Thanks Kitchener Nissan, great service and friendly. Greg Vann Nissan your customer service needs help!!!! More
Avoid this place like the plague! Went in for winter tires to be put on, an oil change, and to check out any outstanding recalls. That’s all! Instead, they told us our brakes needed replacing, our tires were leaky, etc. etc. - insisted it all had to be done NOW - safety concerns of course! Not even a choice to take our car to our own mechanic for a second opinion! Charged us $1200!!! They had actually tried for another $1200 but we managed to decline that service thank goodness and get out of there. That was our Christmas budget so Merry Christmas to our kids and grandkids - you can thank Tonia Magee and her team. We’ve been swindled - how can this be legal? More

This is possibly the worst dealership I have ever been to. Much like other reviews I was almost ripped off blind by the service department. The service manager steve is an absolute con artist, and terribly rude. He talks to his employees as if they are pieces of trash. He sits in his office and yells at the service advisors telling them what to say like they are puppets. I took my quote to Brantford Nissan and saved my self a ton of money. Greg Vann must be dumb or blind. Why employ such a brutal service manager. He doesn't even know anything mechanical on a car. The sales team was pleasant to work with. Ryan Kelly is very helpful. Also the parts department is great to deal with. Lary in parts was very helpful explaining to me the difference in tires for my car. Unfortunately as long as that awful service manager works there I will not be bringing my business to Greg Vann Nissan. More

He lies and portrays himself as the Service Manager! He stomps his feet and rolls his eyes like a child who doesn’t get his own way. He offers absolutely no resolution to problems except call Nissan Canada. The Actual service manager is just as bad, talks down to you like your stupid and also offers zero resolution. How on earth can a company allow this type of customer service to continue? Upon reading other reviews on other platforms Donald & Steven are a Huge problem and have absolutely ZERO customer service skills! Your service pricing is made up, took my quote for service work to Another Nissan dealership and it was HUNDREDS Cheeper - but Greg Vann Nissan claims they don’t make the price “ Nissan does” how is this possible when I drive 20 mins to the next dealership and their prices are Much less? Something is terribly Wrong with this dealership! Would Not recommend Greg Vann Nissan to anyone. More

Sales Manager is Dishonest! Unfortunately we only found out after agreeing to buy the vehicle that the Sales Manager is a LIAR. She makes it seem like she's doing YOU a favour, b Unfortunately we only found out after agreeing to buy the vehicle that the Sales Manager is a LIAR. She makes it seem like she's doing YOU a favour, but after purchase there were issues with the vehicle and an oil change is need only after driving it less that 1000kms (that's less than two fill ups). When asked afterwards, she was completely unhelpful (oh actually she said she would discount the service costs a bit). So they sell you something that's broken and want you to bring the car back to get fixed there. SCAM!!! Please be aware!!! More
