Always rude and unco-operative Been going there for years to have our Murano looked after. They are alaways rude and act like they are doing you a favour by providing their service. Been going there for years to have our Murano looked after. They are alaways rude and act like they are doing you a favour by providing their service. As it happens, our Murano has done less than 160K and the front axle and transfer casing are both shot. I'm actually looking firward to buying a new car from somewhere else so that I never have to go there again. More
Not buying another nissan I have a Nissan Versa that had a coil spring recall, so I naturally took it to the closest dealership - Greg Vann. When I received my vehicle back it I have a Nissan Versa that had a coil spring recall, so I naturally took it to the closest dealership - Greg Vann. When I received my vehicle back it had cracks on the windshield. I stated that they weren't there before and they must have done something...which can happen when the cars are jacked up unevenly as the Nissan Versa is a uni-body car. They denied they had anything to do with it and now a simple coil spring replacement has costed my HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.... I have been a loyal customer of Nissan for over 10 years and have bought many vehicles, SO GOES TO SHOW EVEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER. Thanks, Greg Vann, for reassuring that my next vehicle WON'T be a Nissan. More
Stay away!!! They will bully you and treat you like crap!! I arrived on Saturday and signed a lease contract (agreed pick up on March 5th, no down payments), we paid 500$ with credit card. An hour later I rece I arrived on Saturday and signed a lease contract (agreed pick up on March 5th, no down payments), we paid 500$ with credit card. An hour later I received an email letting me know that they need more information and that they also required a down payment (I called and told them that I would like to rethink my options) On Sunday I sent an email asking them not to proceed with the loan approval process. On Monday I called several times until a guy named Al Glasgow (Sales Manager) told me that he is the one who will be handling it We argued and at the end he agreed to cancel the deal (he said that I might won’t get a full refund) I asked to get written confirmation by email and he promised to send me confirmation by the end of the business day. I got an email that he changed his mind and that I will need to pick up the car on Feb-28! I escalated the problem to Nissan Canada and filled a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs but this didn’t change anything! I won’t let me out!! Not even if I’ll pay them for the damages!!!!! More
What a nightmare this place is. STAY AWAY I really have nothing good to say about this place. They have a very nasty attitude all around. I tried to avoid it at all cost but out of convenience I really have nothing good to say about this place. They have a very nasty attitude all around. I tried to avoid it at all cost but out of convenience it's been my local dealership. Final straw was when I was belittled by an arrogant service advisor named Don Lemieux. Stay away from this place! Very bad service Don't take your car here or buy anything here. They will try to rip you off and charge you for unnecessary things. I got my car back and they broke a Don't take your car here or buy anything here. They will try to rip you off and charge you for unnecessary things. I got my car back and they broke a few plastic pieces on my dashboard and refused to replace them. They also wanted more money to put the car back together even though I never agreed to let them take it apart and it was brought in with everything in place. I dealt with Don Lemieux he was a goof I've never dealt with someone so arrogant. The bottom of the line is the dealership does not care about the customer they just want your money and don't care if you're not happy in the end. You're better off working on your own car their technicians are amateurs. More
Horrible Horrible Experience. Never buy a car here. I came to Nissan as a first car owner. I purchased my first car through Greg Vann Nissan. I was not happy with any service that I received. After one I came to Nissan as a first car owner. I purchased my first car through Greg Vann Nissan. I was not happy with any service that I received. After one month of having my car, the exhaust fell to the ground. I took the car back to Nissan, The sales manager told me it was my fault and if I washed my car more it would not have happened. (Keep in mind I had the car for a month). The sales manager also admitted that he knew the exhaust was rusted but did not know when it was going to fall, therefore he did not fix it before selling it to me. They were going to charge me $900 for this to be repaired. However, not only did my exhaust fall, the tires were illegally bald, the front rotors were completely broken, the brake pads were non-existent, the trunk would not open, and the sun-roof leaked. Yet, Nissan claimed this car passed their 155 point inspection. I called Nissan's head office, and nothing was done. Nissan belittled me and made me feel completely stupid. I had this car for a year and moved over to Hyundai. Hyundai provided me with fantastic service. More

I went there and waited over 30 minutes while they attempted to do a tire repair in the oil change bay holding up me and 3 others waiting. When I asked to speak to the Service Manager I was told I'd have to go to her office. She could car less we were all waiting, didn't seem to think perhaps the vehicle needing the tire repair could be moved to the main service area? I don't know buy the people working at the McDonalds drive thru have more common sense. They didn't offer me anything for holding me up unnecessarily, at least a free oil filter might of helped. Unfortunately they really don't give a crap just want to up sell. More

The sal The sales manager they employ is horrible. I came in looking for a vehicle for my son. I was wearing my "shop" attire as I was on my lunch. The sales manager treated us like we were dirt,. On the way out, I overheard him tell another customer that they were a more valuable customer. I formally complained to Nissan Canada and nothing was done. He chose to judge us from our attire, Even business owners work in the shop sometimes! Needless to say we found a nice Toyota Tundra for him :) More
Oil change gone horribly wrong Took our 2014 Nissan Versa Note in for its first oil change at 6 months. Car was serviced, handed the keys and drove away. Got 7 kilometres down the r Took our 2014 Nissan Versa Note in for its first oil change at 6 months. Car was serviced, handed the keys and drove away. Got 7 kilometres down the road, car was sounding strange, then the oil light came on! They did NOT put any oil back in the car!! Got back to dealership and handed the keys back in. They put oil in and had their mechanic check it over and was told nothing was wrong with the car. That is not the case however. There is a cam bearing noise upon cold start up, transmission is not shifting properly, car does not warm up in cold temperatures and the gas mileage we are getting is horrific! Tried working with owner to explain our situation and he wouldn't help. He was willing to get us a new car, but we would lose $7000. Contacted Nissan Canada, they would not help at all! Never buy a Nissan again! More
Terrible service experience. Didn't even use the right oil as asked for because they didn't even bother to check the car they were servicing. Mind you that this a 2013 vehicle. Asked them not to rot right oil as asked for because they didn't even bother to check the car they were servicing. Mind you that this a 2013 vehicle. Asked them not to rotate tires during service and found them rotated (winter tires). Paid for extended warranty and can't get anything fixed because they can't "replicate" it. Don't even get me started about the build quality of their xxx cars. I bought the 2.5 SL altima with 80 kms on it and have babied it the whole way. Also, car was low on coolant and they could not tell me the cause and said that it was human error of one of the techs. COMPLETE JOKE. WONT SERVICE THERE AGAIN AND WONT BUY ANOTHER NISSAN. You don't expect this when you pay close to 40K for the car. More
