A broken Flex plate made certain we were going to arrive in style, by flatbed tow truck and light's flashing during darkness. The service department had closed and nothing could be done till morning. It was 6 pm ish Next day, Mike a service advisor, explained that Promasters require a specialty trained mechanic. Hopefully in a few days they could diagnose the problem, , thought it was the flex plate. It took about 3 days to have the diagnosis, by the specially trained mechanic for Promasters. Now was the issue of scheduling( this is about 2 weeks before Christmas) for the work would be done. A few more days and the beast was up on the hoist and getting the transmission taken out. A little while earlier Jason, the manager of the service department had also talked to me and explained there issues about scheduling Please allow me to say that these two individuals were great communicator. I was kept aware of any all details dealing with the Promaster. They took away so much stress and anxiety from me and made me feel that they truly cared about getting this job done, done well and that everything was explained to me every step of the way. Answered my all of my questions. Also the assistant Manager of the garage , Ravi, was also a great communicator. Told the part had to be ordered by 4 pm and would arrive next day by 10 am. He actually showed me the Flex plate, wow no wonder we stopped where we did. So all in all, considering the volume of vehicles they service each day and were to got mine in and out in what I consider very reasonable time. Remember this is 2 weeks before Christmas. You have to consider, determining the problem, then taking out a transmission is no easy task, then repairing. So for 2 plus days of work on this and seems to be working well integrating this new Flex plate into this Iron horse called the Promaster. A big High Five to Mike,(service advisor), Jason ( Manager service department) , Ravi , assitant manager of garage. Have to say thank you to the mechanic which I did not meet. May I also say, the ladies at the reception were always helpful when I had other questions for them, sorry I do not have there names. I think this is a great team working together well. Y'all take care I am glad that I have meet them all, yes even given the circumstances. Joseph More
Worse Dealer ever Shady as ever Have never been ripped off and taken advantage by a dealer like this one guess travel 12 hours to buy and being taken advantage from charging me 699.0 Have never been ripped off and taken advantage by a dealer like this one guess travel 12 hours to buy and being taken advantage from charging me 699.00 for air tax and 699 for process fees and selling me xtra warranty when have warranty on the car pretty shady then send me my paper work buy car 26th oct send and receive till nov 16th after demanding it without warranty papers then having to demand that. Well here is a update did some searching and found my car being listed for $14999.99 with no other fees which I got sold to for 19340.00 with doc fees of 699.00 way to GO DODGE SURREY guys screw me more.Will and would not buy a car from this dealer or tell anyone to buy here period.STILL WAITING FOR TRAVELING EXPENSE More

She approved it, and when I arrived a couple days later, the new Jeep was ready to go. Paul explained the value of my old car, made sure the new car was inspected, offered to help me sort out the bells and whistles. Victoria organized the financing quickly, and I was soon on my way to the ferry home. The dealership is bright and clean, there was no up-sell pressure, there was even a price reduction because my daughter has purchased vehicles from them. . More fun than shopping for shoes! Damage to my vehicle when in for servicing..HAPPENED TWICE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR SERVICE PACKAGE from these guys. From buying my vehicle to having it serviced their has been the worst experience I have ever DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR SERVICE PACKAGE from these guys. From buying my vehicle to having it serviced their has been the worst experience I have ever had. I had it in for servicing last week and when I dropped it off we went through damages, and the service guy also tried to up sell me on a package that would have cost $700.00. Maybe I was not really paying attention but I thought the service package I bought took care of all the servicing my car would need. Well I was wrong, only covers oil changes and tire rotation. So later on that day I get a call that my tire needs to be repaired and the guy was already fixing it as we spoke. He said there would be a $35 charge. REALLY Alpi's down my street charges me $15. I said NO I will take it else where, he said well they were already doing it, so hows about $20. At this point I told them ok what ever. So next day I go get my car, Sunday no one there but the receptionist. I read on the statement that there is evidence of rats in my engine. REALLY why did I not hear about this when he called me about the tire??? Anyway go to my car (which was parked on the other side of the lot) which was not washed or vacuumed and I notice a huge scratch with 2 little dents on my front hood.. xxx I called immediately when I got home spoke with the sales manager (whom is no longer there) and he told me to write an email and he would bend it to head office. Finally get a call 2 days later told me to bring the car in and they would fix it and discuss the rat issue. Fast forward 3 days go get my car Friday afternoon again only the receptionist there, we both go get my car and we both do a walk through and there are 4 brand new areas where their are damages. Even the receptionist was surprised and felt very bad. I left and got home and sent a huge email and received a call on Monday morning. The guy I spoke with said him and another guy did a walk through when my car came back and they had noted all these damages before they fixed the hood....xx there was no damage other then the front bumper. These guys tried to hide the original damage and they tell me that the new damage was already there. I did one walk through with the service guy at the original oil change and other then the bumper NOTHING was noted. These guys do not care about making their customers happy. I buy a car that was not the one I REALLY WANTED, up sell a service package that is not what I thought it was. Then have a HORRIBLE service department where you can not take your car because they will damage it! They do not care to make this situation right, the blame was put back on me, no one EVER apologized, NO manager ever met with me to discuss this situation, no one met with me to discuss what the rats did to my engine. From buying my car to the service dept, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR BUY THE SERVICE PACKAGE. This is my story in a bit of a nut shell! More

We negotiated a deal with the two people above and we were sitting there with the keys in hand when they told us they sold the car to someone else for more money. the original two people didn't have the nerve to tell us they sold the car to another person for more money. Dealer doesn’t stand behind its cars or service. Zero customer service. Bought a car with 400 km and only on dealer lot. Took car back for service 5 days after buying and they said no problem found. FCA would not cover repair ‘due to faulty repairs by dealership’. Go Dodge response, “you bought a used car”. Really?! 400 km and you can’t fix the faulty repairs you did on windshield? Buyer beware. Disappointed I recently took my Nissan here for servicing because it is the closest go auto dealership to me and I had some points on my go auto card to use up. I spent over $700 on servicing and they didn’t wash or vacuum my car. When someone is spending that kind of money, the least a dealership can do is vacuum the floors and give it a quick wash. I just took my car to a Nissan dealership to get my window fixed. It cost me $60 but they washed and vacuumed my car free of charge. More
Terrible service from Service Department Do not buy warranty, and do not service your car here. I had an issue with my ABS light turning on randomly while I was driving. Wasn't too sure on what it was but my friend who was a mechanic suggested it was a pinched wire. So I took it to the dealership while my car was still under warranty and let them know my suggestion. My car was in the shop for a total of 3 weeks, and they made me pay for parts that did not solve the problem. When they thought they finally solved the problem, they made me pay $600 for a part. I drove it off the lot, and my ABS light still turned back on randomly. They didn't think to put back the old $600 part because obviously that did not fix the problem. (Why would I need to pay for the part if it was never broken in the first place) A week later when they finally realized it was a pinched wire, they went on and fixed it (as I had suggested from the beginning). I had driven it off the lot and had been driving it for a couple days. The ABS light was not turning on anymore, however I started to hear some type of rattling sounds when I was driving on my back left wheel where they did work on. Turns out they didn't put a shim back onto my breaks while they were inspecting that area of my car. My warranty is over, they won't admit their fault, and are not compensating for what they did wrong. They are insisting I pay for another inspection so they can 'back track' and see if it was their fault. Stupid, and super dangerous. Honestly, all these guys care about is finding ways to make more money. I always ended up with a bill for a part to pay for, rather than relying on any type of 'warranty'. Save your time and money, and find a better mechanic. Very disappointed. Highly unprofessional. More
