Man, I was really excited to write a positive review of my experience buying a truck from this place. Alas, it’s not meant to be. I asked them to replace the two broken hinges on the back seat underside st my experience buying a truck from this place. Alas, it’s not meant to be. I asked them to replace the two broken hinges on the back seat underside storage before purchase or at least get them remounted properly. They agreed in writing on the sales contract. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they reneged on the agreement and my sales person, Bhavuk, said it would be “too expensive to replace the hinges”. Mind you, I just dropped 40 grand on the vehicle. I found the hinges online later that day for around a hundred dollars. Go Auto were too cheap to spring for a hundred dollar fix on a 40k sale. Bhavuk also told me that they had cleaned and detailed the vehicle yet the same crusty dime that was in the side pocket during my test drive was still there when I picked it up, same with the dirt in the speaker grill and the cobweb near the passenger door. I let both of these things slide because I thought I was happy with the vehicle overall. About a week after purchase the battery went in the truck. The battery dying was at the most inopportune time for me. Truck load of material and a ferry to catch. When I called them about it - they offered to bring the truck in and fix it the following week which wouldn’t work due to the time sensitive nature of my situation. I took it into a different garage and they explained that there was zero chance that the dealership didn’t know the age of the battery and health of the battery if they had done all the tests they said they had. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket for the mess around and missed my reserved ferry (which cost me an additional $110) To say I am unimpressed by Go Auto is an understatement. This is an establishment where all they want to do is get your money and get you out the door. Consequences be damned. The experience has definitely left me with a sour feeling after having dropped so much of my hard earned money with them. I would ask that others be wary of their sales pitches and their “promises” as they certainly didn’t come through for me. More

We just purchased a 2026 Dodge Durango this past weekend and were very pleased with the entire experience. The entire staff made us feel valued and appreciated!! No happy at all After the countless back & forth the excuses Go Dodge did not treat us very well. Bad communication right from the start when I told you that we didn’t have much time took 2 hours & the car wasn’t ready we couldn’t even put the front license plate on because the bracket wasn’t installed so that tells me everything was left till the last minute! Then after we agreed that we would get a level one charger in the car before we left more excuses & lies ! Yes sir yes sir we will have it Then you send me a level 2 charger that needs to be hard wired in when I told you we can’t do that because we live in a building !! I have every signal tex message.. not a very happy This level one charger is cheep I will have to purchase a better quality one what a joke .. I have told my friend No to purchase a car from Go Dodge because they will say anything to make a sale … man I am not happy with the way this was handled & I feel taken advantage of & lied to Not a very nice experience Thank you Stephane & Kimberly More
