The worst dealership with worst dealers. Prince( sales man) is not good person. Don’t buy vehicle from him. Basically he’s a lier He do false promises and don’t stay on his words. I do not recommend this dealership unfortunately. They had advertised a jeep gladiator that included photos as well as a list of what the jeep included. When I went to look at it I was told the ad was accurate aside from the fact it did not have leather seats as advertised. I ended up buying the vehicle in a very high pressure environment, including the sales person encouraging me to avoid calling my husband to talk with him first. In the end I got home to realize half the options listed in the ad were not included with this jeep including the trailer cam, heated seats, upgraded tow package and more. When I made contact with the dealership and showed them the photos and the ad itself they responded by telling me they weren’t responsible for the accuracy of their ads. I suggest you stay well away from this dealer or ensure you go through every single option on the vehicle to make sure it matches what they have told you. Very disappointing experience. More

Terrible auto dealer! ! Scheduled a test drive and called beforehand just to make sure the car was still available and it was. So I drive 45min to the garage to then hear t ! Bought a used 2019 Dodge Journey, Had small vibration at 60 Km. Told salesman and he said everything checked out. I Live on Vancouver Island and the salesman told me to take it to local tire shop, 2 tires o 60 Km. Told salesman and he said everything checked out. I Live on Vancouver Island and the salesman told me to take it to local tire shop, 2 tires out of round and out of specs. Bought new tires from Costco, Costco tires still vibrated so took the car to Duncan Dodge and found all 4 tires had the wrong weight which fixed the problem. Go Dodge should of put a name brand tires on the car instead of the tires that the top 20 auto makers don't use. Got nothing but the run around from them. More

A receptionist called me 2 hours prior to appointment time to ensure I am not late. But when I arrived there, the price for scanning was higher than the one quoted over the phone. Worse still, I was advised to ‘leave the car here, pick up at 4 PM for a job that takes 10 minutes or less.The excuse given was ‘not enough technicians’. I requested for a courtesy car in the meantime but it was refused. More
