This is a worst dealership where everyone is nice to you only until your loan is approved. They charged me extra of 4300 dollars for services i never asked for or they discussed with me. Always make sure that they hand over your paperwork before you leave because it has some fishy charges hidden there. I had to ask for my paperwork for straight 1 week and then they gave me all the photocopies. When i finally got time to read it i was shocked seeing these extra charges which they never discussed with me. Please don’t go on their smily faces they are all working for commissions and for themselves not for us. I brought a 2016 Honda civic with mileage of 63k and final deal price was 25100 but they financed me around $33k and always ask for your finance rates, mine is 8% they never tell you this so its your hard earn money don’t waste it. For 33k i could have brought a brand new car. I made a mistake so i am posting this don’t become fool like me. More

I do not recommend this dealership unfortunately. They had advertised a jeep gladiator that included photos as well as a list of what the jeep included. When I went to look at it I was told the ad was accurate aside from the fact it did not have leather seats as advertised. I ended up buying the vehicle in a very high pressure environment, including the sales person encouraging me to avoid calling my husband to talk with him first. In the end I got home to realize half the options listed in the ad were not included with this jeep including the trailer cam, heated seats, upgraded tow package and more. When I made contact with the dealership and showed them the photos and the ad itself they responded by telling me they weren’t responsible for the accuracy of their ads. I suggest you stay well away from this dealer or ensure you go through every single option on the vehicle to make sure it matches what they have told you. Very disappointing experience. More

Bought a used 2019 Dodge Journey, Had small vibration at 60 Km. Told salesman and he said everything checked out. I Live on Vancouver Island and the salesman told me to take it to local tire shop, 2 tires o 60 Km. Told salesman and he said everything checked out. I Live on Vancouver Island and the salesman told me to take it to local tire shop, 2 tires out of round and out of specs. Bought new tires from Costco, Costco tires still vibrated so took the car to Duncan Dodge and found all 4 tires had the wrong weight which fixed the problem. Go Dodge should of put a name brand tires on the car instead of the tires that the top 20 auto makers don't use. Got nothing but the run around from them. More
