I brought in my 2010 Dodge Journey for service. I needed new tires, oil change and some electrical issues that needed to be addressed. Not only was the team at Galt Chrysler responsive, client first focused new tires, oil change and some electrical issues that needed to be addressed. Not only was the team at Galt Chrysler responsive, client first focused and got the job done to my complete satisfaction but they even washed my car when everything was done so it look brand when I picked it up. Following the purchase of vehicle, I noticed a few issues with the mechanics of the car. I had an appointment set up where they failed to fix the problem. I was told I would be contacted within 5 days for with the mechanics of the car. I had an appointment set up where they failed to fix the problem. I was told I would be contacted within 5 days for a rescheduled appointment. For the next month I tried calling on 5 separate occasions and each time I was either told the manager was not in or I was sent to his voicemail. I live more than an hour away from the dealership and it is not easy for me to just pull up to the service station. I felt completely disrespected by the service of this organization and will not step foot in it again. Especially after the sales manager was salty after I did not purchase their warranty. More
We searched high and low for a decent van we could afford. Found it at Galt Chrysler. Thanks to Gareth Armour, Trevor Reynolds, and Stefan Jackson for a pain free first dealership experience. Gareth and Trevor had everything done it was just a matter of a couple signatures and we were out the door. Stefan the Fixed Operations Manager delivered the van and went through every feature of the van with us. Thanks Galt Chrysler keep up the good work! More
I have felt downright insulted every time I've gone in this building as we have dealt with buying our new vehicle over the past few weeks. I will not outline every issue here because this seems to be a in this building as we have dealt with buying our new vehicle over the past few weeks. I will not outline every issue here because this seems to be a systemic problem with this team. I suspect they don't even realize they are doing it and I doubt they are interested in changing their approach. I will say one thing however, think of it as a tip to salesmen and service providers....if a young, professional couple enters your business looking to spend money, provide them with a good experience. I'm not looking for the bells and whistles and perks that they pretend to throw around (which are really just sales scams), I mean that I don't want be repeatedly insulted- is that too much to ask?! My spouse and are a very well educated, financially stable, and planning on staying in the area. We appreciate domestic cars and supporting local businesses. We have planned our vehicle purchases so that we are replacing one of our two every five years (counting on a ten year lifespan). I am anticipating buying many new vehicles in my lifetime. Are you dismissive of us because we are buying base models right now? Think again, does that provide you with some insight into our ability to make smart financial decisions? Do you suppose that we will buy base models for our whole lives? Reconsider your customer service Galt Chrysler, we have the option to shop at any one of a number of other retailers in the area. SW Ontario is stuffed full of options other than this location. The only reason I am still dealing with this place any longer is that your service department has been excellent with my other vehicle - specifically Tim. As I have come to understand however, the service department and sales are two very different entities who aren't big on communicating with each other. Again, I'm not sure that any of this will impact the salesmen in any way, but hopefully it can warn other people about what they are walking into. Leave you dignity at hope if you want to shop here, maybe you'll feel less insulted when you deal with them. More

Terrible, Terrible customer service!!! I was insulted, Terrible, Terrible customer service!!! I was insulted, hurt and offended by the words and attitude of one of Chris Lachappelle's sales men. I w Terrible, Terrible customer service!!! I was insulted, hurt and offended by the words and attitude of one of Chris Lachappelle's sales men. I was on a test drive of the Jeep Grand Cherokee with him, Bob. He asked why I wanted a Jeep? So I told him...He didnt appreciate my comparison for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012 and Toyota Rav 4 2013 that I was trying to purchase for me and my family. He offended me by saying, I am insulting "him and the Jeep brand" by comparing a Toyota Rav 4 to it. He called me a "kid" and told me that I could not afford a Grand Cherokee! He told me to turn the jeep around and head back to the dealership, I was wasting his time!!! It seemed like a long drive back to the dealership. I asked him not to speak to me as I wanted nothing from him. I told him I am going to speak to a manager! He said, I have two options: 1) pull over and get out or 2) he will call the police! I told him to call the police....He continued muttering to me that I was wasting his time.... I did not speak to him, during this time, I used my cell phone and I called the Galt Chrysler and spoke to Mr. Lachappelle while driving back to the dealership, I said I want him to meet me in front of the dealership because his salesman was being insulting and aggressive to me. Upon, exiting the Jeep, Bob called me an derogatory word and kept saying I was wasting his time. I exited the jeep and went over to Mr. Lachappelle who was waiting outside for me. I explained my situation... Mr Lachappelle said to me "you and Bob got off on a bad note", "how can I help you buy a jeep"???!!! I exited the property...I have made a complaint to Chrysler Canada!!!
