My Husband and I purchased our Caravan mid December, Our experiences dealing with this dealership to purchase the new vehicle was acceptable, How ever after the deal was done and my husband return to pick experiences dealing with this dealership to purchase the new vehicle was acceptable, How ever after the deal was done and my husband return to pick the van up a few days later there was already a problem with the digital information display. The gentlemen my husband spoke to reassured my husband that they would contact us in a few days when the part came in. In the beginning of January my husband finally contacted them about the repair. they told my husband they forgot who the part was for. We agreed to bring the van in the following day for a 1 hour Repair. I got there 10 minutes early and sat In the waiting room with other frustrated customers who had bin told 1 hour repairs as well. After 3 and half hours later the van was finally ready. We have purchased caravans in the past from different dealerships, we have received calls asking us personally how we are enjoying our new purchase, Customer service at Galt Chrysler Dodge Is a JOKE. They have a automated calling service that calls a week after your purchase, asking us if we where satisfied with our purchase. It stated that some one would contact us if we where not satisfied they never did. We are still experiencing mechanical problems with the van and are hesitant to contact the dealership to repair the problem due to our past experience with Galt Chrysler Dodge More

I had been waiting months for the new Jeep Cherokees to arrive to the local dealerships, and finally in December they started showing up locally. I stopped in to the Galt Dealership on a whim to check out arrive to the local dealerships, and finally in December they started showing up locally. I stopped in to the Galt Dealership on a whim to check out what stock they might have and met with Gareth Armour. They had several models in stock and he brought around a Cherokee North (what I was looking for!) to take out for a test run. It had *just* come off the transport truck so hadn't even been cleaned up yet. No matter, I was more concerned about how the vehicle handled and performed. I wasn't too far down the road on that test run when I decided the Cherokee was the vehicle I'd hoped. I didn't make it back to the dealership until several days later, where I again met Gareth and we negotiated the purchase on the spot. I picked up the vehicle the following day (they were very accommodating in getting me into my new purchase, I was impatient to get the new wheels!). Gareth and Trevor both were astutely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked to ensure my expectations were met. I had a very pleasant experience with the Galt Chrysler team and I anticipate a great, ongoing relationship with the dealership for all my service needs going forward. I have now had my Jeep Cherokee a little over a month and I LOVE this vehicle! So glad I waited it out for the Cherokee - it's a fabulous set of wheels! I can happily recommend the Galt team if you're looking for a great customer experience! More
I saw a vehicle on Galt Chrysler's website and called the dealership. From my first telephone contact, the dealership staff were polite, professional, and helpful. Craig Bigley, from the F&I area, answered my original call and made sure I was well taken care of from my first conversation until I was over the curb. When I visited the dealership in person, Craig and the sales staff were patient, understanding, and pressure-free as I test drove four different vehicles. Once I decided which vehicle was for me, the purchase was smooth as silk: the price was very reasonable, the paperwork was accurate, completed quickly, and fully explained to me, the financing offered was comepetive, and the delivery - eventhough it was on a busy Saturday morning - was efficient but thorough. I couldn't be happier with my interaction with Craig or my purchase through Galt Chrysler! More

My wife and I have just purchased a new 2014 Pearl White Dodge Journey SXT from Galt Chrysler.We live in Stoney Creek,Ontario.We are Condo Superintendents and could have went to a dealership in Stoney Creek Dodge Journey SXT from Galt Chrysler.We live in Stoney Creek,Ontario.We are Condo Superintendents and could have went to a dealership in Stoney Creek,Hamilton or Burlington,but chose Galt Chrysler in Cambridge,Ontario because of the many good things we had heard about this dealership and their very knowledgable,courteous and professional staff.From our salesman Nisar who walked us through the entire purchase, to Craig the financial wizard who got us the best available financing,this was the most enjoyable buying experience for both my wife and I.There are many Chrysler dealerships that would have sold me the same model of vehicle as I am a diehard Chrysler customer,I traded in my 2008 Dodge Nitro at Galt Chrysler today.To all the staff,especially Nizar and Craig,thankyou so much for a excellent buying experience. My wife and I decided to upgrade our mini-van. We had a 2008 Town & Country and liked it. It was natural to go back for another Town & Country and we wanted to buy local. We have dealt with the service department a couple of times and have heard good feedback from our family members who bought from there, so we gave them a try. They had the vehicle we liked and negotiations were very easy. We decided to get extra coverage an we felt no pressure to decide on the spot. We thought about our options over the weekend and called back on Monday to tell them what coverage to add. Car was ready quicker than we anticipated and my wife has fallen in love with the new toys in her new vehicle. We will definitely consider them in the future. More
