Dear Sir, as you have used an alias to write this review and have not responded to my request to meet and discuss your issue I have no other recourse but to address you in public. First of all I believe your name is C. Browne and, if so, you did purchase a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan in June of this year with approximately 79,000 KMs. And yes you did come to the dealership in August with a complaint of noise coming from the “Right Front” wheel. However, you had put 2500 KMs before returning to our store and making the complaint. At this time we offered to pay 50% of the bill and you accepted. At the time of this repair you didn’t advise us of any other out laying conditions. As I write this, there are no outstanding or unresolved claims against Galt Chrysler as we address and resolve any issues our valued clients have. We appreciate all feedback but ask that you rate us honestly and fairly. To our current and future clients, my name is Mark Ell (General Manager) and I promise you that we make every effort to ensure quality and safety are part of our culture. Having said that, we also know that we sell products that by nature, will wear out over time. If you should find yourself in a situation where you feel less than satisfied I will always welcome your feedback and the chance to sit with you to resolve the issue.
