They sold me paint warranty for my new 3500 Ram work truck. They register the truck to my business. Now when I tried to claim the warranty they say it's not valid on a work truck. Went in for a piece of mind appointment for 9 am after 3 hrs truck was still not done. Was pretty disappointed as I needed it asap.went to ask about it but was given no real reason for delay. I will be getting a second opinion and bringing that right back to them for charging us for a inspection of warranty work. They can't even get right the work order which I had to correct as they were going to to work that I never requested. Even when my husband dropped off vehicle it still wasn't corrected. Worst customer service we've experienced. More
My first encounter searching for a preowned vehicle with Galt was outstanding. One of the managers Fehim even got involved and email me. It got me thinking, what great teamwork! Tariq and Trina were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. However, everything changes once I was approved for the loan and signed the documents. Customer service became a thing of the past. Promises made to accommodate me getting the vehicle was not kept! I was told by Myles. We do not have anyone to accommodate that request, when you are ready to pick up the vehicle let us know! Did not even do a check-off with me. As a manager in the sales industry, I find poor customer service very distasteful. I would recommend that management analyze and reinforce the importance and power that lies in executing great service from start to finish. More
Bought a 2019 truck from the dealership and it was by far the worst purchase I have ever made. Manager is extremely rude and arrogant to deal with after the deal was complete but so nice and respectful until the worst purchase I have ever made. They don't even deserve 1 star. Pre-pandemic I, against my better judgement bought a Jeep Gladiator from them and ever since I've had nothing but trouble. First off, they installed aftermarket seat warmers and screwed it up, the passenger seat only warms the back, not the seat. Numerous times trying to get this rectified ended up being a complete waste of time. I was charged for the first oil change, however it was supposed to be complimentary. Most recently, I tried to get specific specs for my truck, first spoke to Fehim, who was the one to screw me around on the seat warmers, to get no response. Weeks later I spoke to Myles, weeks after that I returned again, he said he had emailed it to my now ex girlfriend, took my email and never sent me the information. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from that dealership, it is beyond my comprehension how such an inept dealership has remained in business! More

I wish there was anything less than 1 star that I could rate this dealership! Back in Jan 2021 I purchased a brand new ram bighorn, buying experience was great as jerrad (sales rep) was very helpful and gu rate this dealership! Back in Jan 2021 I purchased a brand new ram bighorn, buying experience was great as jerrad (sales rep) was very helpful and guided me really well in choosing the right truck based on my need and budget. Nightmare started 2 weeks after the purchase when My truck started having issues one after another i.e brakes , engine pully , side mirror not functioning etc and for every problem I provided vdo evidences but their workshop team failed to diagnose the problem hence ended up changing parts under warranty . Fair enough as a customer I wouldn’t be bothered as long as the problem is being fixed. What compelled me to right these reviews were the last 2 issues: 1- When the truck was taken to a car wash its ac blower would stop working. They kept ignoring my complaint until I made one of their techs ride with me to the car wash and then he finally acknowledged that there was actually a problem. 1.5 months of trouble shooting where they changed all the Ac parts yet the problem didn’t solve. Last thing they checked was the Ac cabin filter which was soaked with water and was the main cause of this issue. Conclusion was not to keep the Ac fan on during car wash because it would cause the water to enter the Ac cabin filter and choke it. From day one I had been telling them that it particularly happened during car wash but they were too incompetent to identify the root cause. 2- Two weeks ago my truck went in for a routine oil change and after leaving the workshop I hardly drove 50 Km on 401 when another car indicated that my truck was throwing smoke. I pulled over and was shocked to see that the bottom of my truck was fully soaked with engine oil and it was dripping from everywhere. This was something very serious and life threatening and could cause fire. I called the dealership, spoke to service manager and was advised to tow the truck back to the workshop. I wanted to escalate the matter to their GM (Mark Ell) as the matter was serious and requested to meet him in person. When he met me instead of being apologetic he simply denied that it was their mistake and would fix it, instead he in a very arrogant tone told me if I was not satisfied with their service I could right away tow my truck to any other dealership. This was simply unacceptable and unprofessional! I had no other option and left my car at their disposal to fix which they did and claimed that it was some part that got leaked . I do understand that its a machine and can breakdown but brand new vehicles do not breakdown this often! My suggestion is to stay away from their workshop , I doubt that they even have any master technician! My reviews/comments are fully backed with evidence to prove. I am never ever going to this dealership again! More
