I agree that there was some outstanding issues with your vehicle and that they were addressed. In all fairness, your statement is not exactly accurate and you left out some very important details as to how the phone conversation progressed into the 'heated exchange'you refere to. Your telling of the story is unfair. As to the Tire & Peace of Mind Warranty(Fees). You had a full explanation at the time of sale and again at the time of delivery. Prior to delivery you were within your rights to decline the deal and not accept the vehicle. My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. An apology this late doesnt help a thing. Your apology should have come the first time I spoke with you when I called back. At this point it doesnt really matter. I love my jeep just hate the place I bought it from. My local dealer has been more than willing to work with me on any issues ive had. Also, you state in your reply that the issues were addressed. Like hell they were. You addressed nothing. I got upset on the phone and you hung up on me. That is not addressing the issues. The complaint was filed with chrysler right after our phone conversation. Ive also put this poor review up, posted on several jeep and chrysler forums not to visit your dealer. As of right now I have managed to talk 2 people out of visiting your dealer. I was promised emails, promised phone calls, neither ever happened. Worst customer service i have received from any company ever. basically, you have zero customer service skills and they should not let you even speak with customers.
