Wish to express my overall dissatisfaction with the quality of work completed on my vechicle. The dealer had my car for both the inital repair and the re-do. For 16 days for a dent on the passenger rea quality of work completed on my vechicle. The dealer had my car for both the inital repair and the re-do. For 16 days for a dent on the passenger rear door. I have picked up my vechicle for the second time today, still with issues with the quality of work. The first time,I had dirt, runs and fish eye pinholes all over the paint work, the wrong mirror was put on the car leaving sharp edges and screws almost poking in the inside of my car panel, and a visible paint lines or tape lines, literally hairs etc and a very orange peeled finish... The second time, they paint a black moulding red, so the two sides of my car were not even symmetrical, there is still overspray on the inside of my doors and they sucked up chrome pieces, from the interior, must be in the vaccum. They also had an oil change done on vechicle at my request while in and still the oil change indicator was left on.... There were numerous more things, I will be escallating this to my insurance comapny as they r supposed to be an insurance approved shop. I'm at a loss, I've always been a chrysler consumer, and while they were apologetic, apology only goes so far, where is the quality of work I expect from my chysler family...clearly dissapointed. Will be returning tomorrow yet again, to discuss this and with the insurance company will see if we need to take elsewhere to get the issues resolved in a timely manner. I had a collision repair done a dudley they had it for 6 days with 5k damage, came out perfect factory beautiful. No hassles...I brought it to chrysler expecting superior service and work on their own make, and don't even know what to say at this point....sincerly fed up. Jamie Cardoso 519-501-2522. Very impressed with the dealerships ability to handle any situation that may arise. Our delivery was not perfect, but the dealership went well above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Craig. He went above and beyond to locate a vehicle that would accommodate our budget. We were looking for a Ram 1500 pickup and thought buying locally would be the way to go, boy was I wrong! We applied to buy a new Ram but were told by Craig after applying that we were not able to. He basically told us that if we didn't get approved here we were not going to get approved anywhere and made us feel like second rate customers because we couldn't, by his standards and I say his standards because after feeling humiliated we shopped elsewhere and got a 2013 Ram 1500 with no problems and we were treated like gold! We were asked to put down money to be approved at galt Chrysler to get pre approved and at other dealer ships this was not necessary which also made me feel cheated here. When I went to get the deposit back Craig told me the speech that if we kept shopping the bank would shut us down and that we should just buy a small car or used suv from them and wait a year which is not what we wanted but i felt pressured, and it did not help matters that Mark came in and told me that the only way was the way they recommended and that the banks frown upon people like us "shopping" for credit which I researched it does hurt a bit but not like they told me. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me thinking I was not knowledgeable, I asked Craig to call my husband and explain also because I was confused at that time ( Did research and more shopping after this incident) and my husband was not impressed with the manner Craig told him things, after all this I finally got my deposit and wasn't even given a friendly goodbye. I recommend anyone shopping for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram to steer clear of this place and shop elsewhere like Kitchener or Guelph or anywhere but Galt Chrysler Dodge!!!! More
Was in looking for a cheap used car. The sales person brought me into the office to see if any cars would suit my budget, admittedly a low one. There was on car that fit the budget, but I had reservation due to the car likely needing a costly maintanance service (timing belt) that increased the cost significantly. I assume the used sales manager argued that the PT cruiser did not have one. I didn't attempt to educate me or himself as to the true answer to the question, but instead chose to argue with me instead. As a person with an automotive background I found this extremely offensive and will encourage people not to deal with this location. More

He processes by showing me a number of paymentof 449(what actially meant was 4.49% interest rate). He shows me number of 48mont payment which i thought to myself the car payment for the used vehicle was only less than 40bucks a month than a 2011 subaru sti with the same term and downpayment, but interest rate for sti is higher. I told him why would i not pay less than 40 buck month difference and buy the sti. Manager came by and ask whatswong. They went to the back and did some numbers again. Now the finance rate is 5.99%, but payment is lower than what they first original quote me WITH HIGHER INTEREST RATE and term and downpayment is the same. Hd explains how the interest rate is different, but he told me it was 4.49% first, comes back and tell me is 5.99 (i know 4.49 is a little to good to be true). Abd the monthly payment was drop from 625 down to 580 with higher interest rate? I feel like they are trying to trick me or scam me, or they sales skill is all about lying to customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH NICK. WILL NOT RECOMMAND!!! More

Bought a used jeep liberty turns out this dealer will Bought a used jeep liberty turns out this dealer will tack on admin fees, tire warranty and vin etching and make you beleive is all part of the pac Bought a used jeep liberty turns out this dealer will tack on admin fees, tire warranty and vin etching and make you beleive is all part of the package. reality is that is illegal and i should be allowed to purchase it for the advertised price. the most important problem was the quality of the work. the car left the lot without a proper safety. yes, i bought it safetied. all 4 tires were very low on air, i just had to replace the front brake disks as well, they look like they had over 200000km on then. ive had the truck for under 4000km. and lastly, it left without a working ebrake. being a 5spd this is kind of important. i called the dealer, i did not demand to be compensated right away. i told him the issues and the used car manager, Mark Ell, said theres no way his mechanics would do that. he basically called me a liar. call got heated and he ended up hanging up on me. but not after commenting that i signed for it so i got what i got. a complaint has been filed with chrysler More
