It was night-and-day compared to some of the other dealerships in town that we visited. Alex made sure we had all the information we needed without putting any pressure on us. Before buying my vehicle elsewhere I attempted to buy here first and had gone in after a long work day and maybe didn't look the cleanest but had full intentions on buying and was totally avoided the hole time I was there and wasn't helped until I decided to hop into one of the showroom vehicles. Then out of nowhere two people showed up then willing to help, I voiced my disappointed opinion then decided to leave. I should not have been judged on my appearance only, two weeks later I bought my $30.000 + vehicle at another dealership , there total loss. So now it's time to get some service done so have gone to this dealership (much closer to home) and seems that every time going into the service department regardless if there's a line up or not, your standing there a good five to ten minutes sometimes before someone even looks at you to say how can I help you. There's being busy such as being on the phone or talking with other customers and doing paper work but when none of the above are going on first thing to do should be to say HELLO, we'll be right with you and not to just have your customer just stand there five to ten minutes before a word is even spoken. It's very rude and not very customer savvy. Another issue is that when you've told your customer that your going to call them on a specific day in regards to an issue being dealt with, would be nice to have someone actually do so and to not just put them off for days until they are the ones having to call back in to find out what's happening. I'm now considering making the drive to where I bought from just to avoid this unpleasant experience with this dealership. I truly miss the old chrysler dealership location in cambridge, never had any issues with any of my purchases over the past years when they were there. More

Gareth was right! I told Gareth that I was shopping around and that I was sure I had found a used car at another dealership. He said "when you're done, come see me. Instead of buying that used car with 60,000 kms from the other dealership Gareth got me into a brand new 2015 Chrysler for the same money. That makes car number 3 from Galt-Chrysler. I had the opportunity to deal with Dylan Brewer at Galt and my experience with him, was simply amazing!! He is the person that answer all your questions. He lays out all the possibilities on the table so you are able to make the best decision and the best part of all is that he is able to close the best deal for you. I am not exaggerating, he made the best deal for me. The interesting thing is that I did not have to go to the dealer to clarify anything, we did everything by email and phone so our negotiation was pressure less, relaxing, Dylan was accommodating all the times, never hesitate to give me the right answer, so he made me really happy and satisfied. Most of the time while dealing with Dylan I thought I was dealing with a friend or one of my close family member. I f I will recommend someone to anyone, that has to be Dylan. Just go to him and what you think is impossible, you will realize that you are wrong, DYLAN will make it possible and you will be satisfied like never before. It is almost unbelievable that a young person like him it is so dedicated, helpful, takes the right decision, he is always in your side, and have so much professionalism when dealing with the customer that is hard to believe.
