I called Galt Chrysler Dodge late on a Friday afternoon with concerns that something serious was I'd like to send a big thank you to Jennifer Farrell. I called Galt Chrysler Dodge late on a Friday afternoon with concerns that something serious was wrong with the front end of my Dodge Ram. I asked Jennifer if there was anyway I could have it looked at Saturday morning. She had explained that the service department was very busy but if I could leave my truck for the day she would have it looked at. From the moment I dropped it off Jennifer was fantastic. The early morning rush had the service desk quite busy but Jennifer and the other person on the desk handled everyone with a smile (even as their coffee sat getting cold). Jennifer called me at home to let me know what was needed repair. I was impressed at how reasonable the price was. Jennifer even went ahead and gave me a recommendation and price for new tires (that I desperately needed). I really appreciate the recommendation and great service. Thanks again! More
