Fantastic,Friendly,Polite,Awesome and Family Atmosphere I was looking to trade in my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid(still miss it) for a SUV(Toyota Highlander) for my growing family needs and visited almost a dozen I was looking to trade in my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid(still miss it) for a SUV(Toyota Highlander) for my growing family needs and visited almost a dozen of dealerships .However none of them were able to help me and just added more stress and frustation.Then i came across this ad for my current Highlander with Galt Chrysler Cambridge and i din't have my hopes high and just gave a call and spoke to Gareth Armour. He took all the details from me for my existing car and then gave me a call by the end of the day as he promised. I told him i will be coming to the dealership next day and oh my god there was another customer already taking the test drive in the car i was interested (Toyota Highlander). Excellent Experience After being told that my insurance company would not fix my car after it was hit I had to start looking for another car. Just to add to my stresses it was 7 days before Christmas Eve, 5 of which I was working. I contacted 3 dealerships, all of which were willing to help. However we really wanted another jeep, since our last one saved our lives!! Trina was my first contact at GCD and her positive and immediate responses led me to the first meeting and finding our vehicle. Karen from finance took most of my stresses away with her vast knowledge and capabilities.
