Unprofessional I bought my car here, a certified pre-owned car, although it soon became the bigger question of how did this car qualify to become "certified". Have serviced here over the years and while waiting for my car, time and time again I witness disrespect, demeaning comments, and straight out bullying coming from the sales manager to the sales people and receptionists. It is disgusting. It is always the same sales manager. Finally, the last time I was in for service and waiting for my car I decided I have seen enough. I will not give my money to a company where this type of constant treatment (over the last 3+ years) of employees or behaviour is acceptable. More

Continued great service I dropped into the dealership to find out why the engine warning light was staying on. They took the vehicle in immediately to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be the tank heater associated with the urea system in the TDI. This was the Friday before a long weekend and I was planning a lengthy road trip, leaving the following Tuesday night. They booked the vehicle in for service on Tuesday morning and had the problem rectified by noon. As usual, the car was returned fixed and clean. More

My only beef would be with the pre-packaged interval services. They are overpriced and over-inclusive of the needs of the vehicle. I work with Pat to customize the service I want, and that is fair.
