excellent service done right the first time as scheduled I bought my 07 Passat new at a dealer who shall remain nameless. Four years of bad service, delays, excuses, poor work. I had a transmission trouble that couldn't diagnose. I went to an independent German car specialist. He found the problem, supplied me with written info etc, and sent me to Grace at Fifth Ave as he said it was warranty work. They fixed the trouble, major work, under warranty. They also told me of a recall for my car affecting the ignition switch in the steering column. I told them the original dealer had repaired it at a cost of over $700 to me.! They repaired it properly, and Grace helped me get my money back from VW Canada in full. Since then, we have always gone to Fifth Ave. This spring I pointed out to Grace some minor rust on the front and rear fender well tops and asked where I should take it for repairs. She immedeatly took photos and filed a claim with VW for rust penetration under the 12 year warranty. I soon had the front fenders replaced and the rears repaired at no cost. I found on the internet that this was a problem in those years, and most dealers were not helping customers for repairs. The entire service team is great and will treat you fairly and professionally.. Thanks guys. eo More

Since Fifth Avenue Auto Haus was the closest,geographically, to where we live, we have had all the vehicle servicing done at this facility. One thing that has impressed us about the Service Advisors at Fifth Avenue Auto Haus. We have noted a continuity of Service Advisors at this dealership. We have established good Service Advisor/Client relationship with all the Service Advisors: Annmarie; Grace; Patrick; and Mellissa over the past 4 years. We have also established great relationships with the shuttle drivers Tammy and Eric. We have had great experiences with the Great Service Advisory Team and I would highly recommend this Service department. More

She has been able to get me in with short notice on several occasions. Because of the good service I also took my wife's Passat to her for service even though I bought it at a different dealership. Outstanding Service! I had the unfortunate pleasure of being that guy whose car breaks down while on vacation with his 3 year old son in Drumheller, but fortunately there I had the unfortunate pleasure of being that guy whose car breaks down while on vacation with his 3 year old son in Drumheller, but fortunately there is an immense silver lining to this tale in that I got to meet the service staff at Fifth Avenue Auto Haus. I rolled in to the service area not knowing what to expect, and after a few short hours I was out the door, just not with my car, but that was ok - because Grace Pujo was on hand to get everything taken care of. My car needed some pretty serious warranty work to get it going again, the kind that takes time (especially when you roll in on a Friday morning and the parts need to come from somewhere!). Grace to the rescue, by the end of the day my son and I were home in Vancouver relaxing. Grace and the rest of the staff at Fifth Avenue Auto Haus had done everything they could to take care of us, my 3 year old didn't want to leave the dealership because everyone was so nice and friendly to him. Grace set up the whole warranty claim process for me, helped me understand the trip interruption aspect of the warranty that was available, and get the dealerships travel agent to get us home. She gave us options and followed through on our decisions. At no point did I ever have that 'crappy feeling that my vacation was completely ruined', to the contrary - the positive experience I had there added to the trip. Unfortunately I live in another province, otherwise I would never take my car anywhere else for service. Overall I have always had very good service at all the VW dealerships I have dealt with over the years, but Grace and the team at Fifth Ave Auto Haus take it to the next level. Thank you! More
