As a newly retired guy, I needed to look for a car that was less expensive than the Volco bracket - I hoped to get great quality at a lower price point. I just bought a 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport Tech after a lengthy comparison with other vehicles in the same category (including 2 test drives of each with a very car-knowlegeable friend). Melissa was the epitome of a professional car salesperson - knowledgeable and friendly and patient with my uncertainty about which car to buy. She never pressured but made sure she pointed out the benefits of the Subaru. Her more laid-back approach, ironically, underlined her confidence in her product which in turn, helped to sell me on the Subaru! My car was ready on time and I was given a thorough, unrushed orientation to the car. Melissa gets my highest recommendation. More

I went out to my car to leave when the service manager came Jeff Suen came out and said he would take care of the problem now! He had recognized me from the week before when I came in to ask for assistance with changing the time on the clock in which he himself helped me with the changes and other questions I had. When I confirmed my interest in the car, she analyzed and interpreted accurately and precisely the terms and conditions which redounded to my benefits. Through her, the Leasing Agreement was processing smoothly and my car was available in four working days. On the day of pick-up, there were some papers to sign in order to finalize the Leasing Agreement, then she went through with me the details of some pages of the Owner’s Manual that are useful and helpful. After that, she walked me around the car and demonstrated the features once again. Melissa was very patience to answer every question from safety features to trim, year of make, choice of colour and even financing! Melissa was not only knowledgeable about the car we were interested, but was very thoughtful to advise with regard to what options we have based on our tight budget and worked out a payment plan that suited our financial limitation! We appreciated Melissa for providing information about possible deal and rebate that could bring our cost down! Melissa was particularly helpful to catch mistake in our car's insurance policy to correct the wrong VIN number so that we could pick up our car without any delay. We were sorry that due to our tight finance that we need to cancel some options that we agreed on, and Melissa had always shown her care for our need by willingly making extra effort in doing all the paper work to reflect that change. Melissa was professional in going through all necessary things that we need to know on our car's delivery date, and knowing that every new owner will be overwhelmed by tons of information that we need to know in order to operate the car in a safe manner, she would thoughtfully mark down which pages and information that we need to go through first to get ourselves familiar with the car!
