Bought a brand new forester and was bombarded with extra expenses. Every return for service was terrible. Went for an oil change and they changed the whipper blades. Told that we needed new brake pads after expenses. Every return for service was terrible. Went for an oil change and they changed the whipper blades. Told that we needed new brake pads after just 1 year so went straight to a brake specialist who said we had 80,000 left on the brakes. Took it in because the sunroof would not open, which was covered under the warranty but told that it might take some time to get the part in. After 3 months the part came in (the same week the warranty expired) and was told that it would be $700. We had to argue with basically everyone in the dealership to get it recognized as warranty work. I would never give them any business. More
