That has to say something !! Each car was also serviced on schedule with the efficient , professional and understanding team employed in that department. There was always a good measure of humour involved following our drive in from Port Hope. We have known and respected Mark Mackenzie , General Sales Manager , since our first visit in 2004. He just gets better with age !! He recently introduced us to Melissa Yiu who took over the responsibilities of helping us select our new car , affectionately named 'Cedric' ! What a charming , delightful and totally professional lady .From selection to 'pick-up' she appeared to anticipate our scores of questions , and was always ready with the reassuring response . Even "Cedric" was excited when she started referring to him by name. Every detail was covered , even down to ear-marking the pages of the manual that she knew we would need to absorb . Melissa your are totally a 10 Plus !! She tracked down the car in the colour we wanted (there was only one in Toronto) and snagged it for us.
