I picked up my leased 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Outdoor from Downtown Subaru last week, and couldn't be happier. This is my very first time leasing and I went to Downtown Subaru because my son had dealt with M Downtown Subaru last week, and couldn't be happier. I specifically asked for Melissa when I walked in to inquire about leasing. From our initial discussion to when I drove away with the car, it has been nothing but a positive experience. Melissa's simple, no nonsense and straight to the point approach made everything so easy. She's knowledgeable, professional, and responsive (especially to emails, even into late evenings) not to mention super friendly. She kept me posted regularly on the progress of the car delivery and readiness. Car pickup day, Melissa spent extensive time going over the features with me, with her constant enthusiasm, and reiterated many times that she's always available to answer any questions I may have later on. I've been dreaming of owning a Subaru Ascent since they launched a few years ago. So when I decided to finally put this plan into action earlier this month, the amazing service from Downtown Subaru did not launched a few years ago. So when I decided to finally put this plan into action earlier this month, the amazing service from Downtown Subaru did not disappoint. I wasn't sure what to expect during the strange new world of social distancing and COVID restrictions, but the sales experience led by Melissa Yiu was seamless. I had done a lot of research online prior to reaching out to the dealership, so what I was looking for were some actual vehicles available on the lot in addition to financing options. Melissa created charts that really made it easy to compare the options side-by-side, and she wasn't phased by my thorough list of questions. We did almost everything by email, which helped around my busy schedule. The only time I needed to go into the dealership was to do a test drive and pick up my car! The car itself is absolutely fabulous for my large family (the three rows was the biggest selling point for me!) and I feel comforted by all the safety features that my Subaru comes equipped with.
