I've been dreaming of owning a Subaru Ascent since they launched a few years ago. So when I decided to finally put this plan into action earlier this month, the amazing service from Downtown Subaru did not launched a few years ago. So when I decided to finally put this plan into action earlier this month, the amazing service from Downtown Subaru did not disappoint. I wasn't sure what to expect during the strange new world of social distancing and COVID restrictions, but the sales experience led by Melissa Yiu was seamless. I had done a lot of research online prior to reaching out to the dealership, so what I was looking for were some actual vehicles available on the lot in addition to financing options. Melissa created charts that really made it easy to compare the options side-by-side, and she wasn't phased by my thorough list of questions. We did almost everything by email, which helped around my busy schedule. The only time I needed to go into the dealership was to do a test drive and pick up my car! The car itself is absolutely fabulous for my large family (the three rows was the biggest selling point for me!) and I feel comforted by all the safety features that my Subaru comes equipped with.
