Eli Tamam was the salesman with whom I dealt and he made my car-buying experience easy. He was knowledgeable, straight forward (no nonsense) and treated me like family.I was given a great price with no haggling and good value for my trade. There was a relaxed atmosphere, not just between Eli and myself, but with the staff throughout the dealership. It was like one big happy family. Masoud Asghari handled all the financing paperwork in a most pleasant and efficient manner. It was a truly wonderful, easy experience. Recommended brake replacement with 17,000 KMs ?! I recently brought my Fiat 500 in for an oil change and a look at my brakes. The car is 2 years old, bought brand new, and currently with only 17,000 I recently brought my Fiat 500 in for an oil change and a look at my brakes. The car is 2 years old, bought brand new, and currently with only 17,000 KMs. (Note: although the mileage is low, the car is driven daily). It was recommended that I replace all brake pads and rotors - yes, REPLACE. Since I am past the one year manufacturer's warranty, although under 20,000 KMs, I am out of luck from FIAT's perspective. As much of a disappointment it is not having any support from FIAT Canada, it is understandable from a warranty perspective that they would not help me or the dealer for that matter. Since the quote provided to me from Downsview was over $1,300.00 before taxes, and since the vehicle was out of warranty, I decided to get a second opinion. From a trusted mechanic, it was carefully, and with great detail, explained to me why the brakes are fine. Yes, minor wear was apparent on the rotors simply due to the poor quality of materials FIAT decided to use, but they were NOT or anywhere near the condition in which I was led to believe. It was recommended to leave the brakes alone, and have them 'serviced' only, meaning cleaned etc. in the spring. In short, Downsview clearly attempted to take advantage of my situation. This was my first time at this dealership, and fortunately for me (since I only had an oil change and tire rotation performed) it will be the last. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend this dealership for ANY repairs. More

Listened & Delivered the Perfect Vehicle It was Day 1 of "looking" for something newer. Had in mind that I wanted a used Dodge Journey. From the minute Hanan greeted me and my boyfriend in the lot, he was super attentive. After going through some questions, he brought out exactly what I was looking for....even if I didn't know it yet. He was so patient with my uneasiness of buying the first vehicle I looked at, but still walked me through the process and the pricing options. He also offered a number for an insurance broker if I needed assistance in that respect. He was super laid back (NO PRESSURE) but also very professional. Now onto financing with Robin. He's a hoot! Despite a not so perfect credit history, he was able to get me financed in no time! Super friendly and helpful. Every time I stopped in to drop off any paperwork before final delivery both of these guys were here and happy to see me and chat. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great value on a vehicle along with a pleasant experience. Oh, and I LOVE my new car! Thanks guys! More
