Single Mother Tortured and Abused by Downsview Chrysler My name is Andria Lewis and on Monday January 23, 2023, I brought my vehicle, a Nissan Rogue, in for a scheduled appointment at Downsview C Chrysler My name is Andria Lewis and on Monday January 23, 2023, I brought my vehicle, a Nissan Rogue, in for a scheduled appointment at Downsview Chrysler to be serviced because the tailgate would not open. At which time I was provided the use of a rental until my vehicle had been returned to me. Wednesday, January 25, I was advised that my vehicle was sent off to Nissan to be diagnosed and I would need to pay out of pocket $540 + HST to have the issue fixed because I do not have warranty coverage. I asked what happened to the Extended Warranty I bought and was told that I had a "Third Party" warranty which does not provide such coverage. I became hysterical, objected to the payment and requested the return of my vehicle. I went back to my documents and sure enough, my extended warranty was Chrysler's, FCA Gold Plan, because I purchased a "Used Vehicle" in 2021. Thursday, January 26, 2023 I received a phone call from one of the employees, Aliana Lastoria, she was involved in an accident with my vehicle and there are major damages. I should stay in the rental and not be worried about anything because her manager stated they have taken responsibility and the dealership insurance will take care of both the rental and the accident. I proceeded to ask where the vehicle was and if the police were called to the scene of the accident. I was told NO because her manager had my vehicle towed from the scene of the accident and dropped off at Auto Fix Body Shop on their property. The following day, Friday January 27, I went to the dealership and I spoke with the manager, Carlos Baptista. As I entered Carlos' office one of the first things he mentioned he heard a lot about me and I am one of their top " Most Valued Customers ". In a nutshell, after speaking with Carlos, I was told Chrysler is not responsible for the accident and I should reach out to my insurance and file a claim under my name to have the damages taken care of. With this type of treatment, is this the way a manager treats one of their "Most Valued Customers"?. Bear in mind, I have never been contacted by Carlos to speak about the accident. I made a deposit of $200 for the rental which was returned Monday February 6. Time went by and I did not receive my refund. I later learned Enterprise kept my deposit because Chrysler advised that I am responsible for the payment even though I was instructed to keep the rental. And to add to that, I was sent to Collections for an outstanding balance. I also received a letter from Downsview Chrysler advising that my vehicle should be removed from their property or it would be ticketed and towed by the City of Toronto and retrieval will be at my expense; even though I had nothing to do with the decision as to where my vehicle should be dropped off because I was not aware of the accident until all their plans were executed. My vehicle has been sent to the body shop for repairs over $7000 in damages leaving me with a depreciated resale value, an accident registered against me that I had absolutely nothing to do with and a recognized dealership that failed to take responsibility for their actions. My vehicle does not have any value left for me to enjoy! My heart is broken! This is pure TORTURE and ABUSE! And guess what, Carlos Baptista, the most heartless manager I have ever encountered, keeps on selling vehicles gracefully for the past three months while I suffer as a "SINGLE MOTHER". Let's begin with my experience at Downsview Chrysler, I went there on a Friday with a booked appoinent for service, i Left my vehicle for the whole week and let them know I'd be away and would need it for went there on a Friday with a booked appoinent for service, i Left my vehicle for the whole week and let them know I'd be away and would need it for next Friday night. My advisor was pretty easy going and helpful so not sure whose fault this was . My vehicle had few recalls , need to replace the bottom water splash and also quested a cleaning . Vehicle had nothing else to be done . My recall was related to the battery I never had any issue with after the recall was done a hybrid service light came on . I never had that before . Light has gone off now and im hoping to GOd it won't come back . Even thou I dropped my vehicle on a Friday morning they only started working on my vehicle on the next Wednesday . I called on Monday, Wednesday and once more let them know I would really need it done by Friday . I was told no worries .. it will bla bla . Friday comes by no call no updates so I called my advisor she says it won't be ready on Friday . I didn't feel like she was firm about when it would but eventually went there on Saturday morning got a loaner for few hours and vehicle was "ready" noon . Cleaning that I requested was 225$ with taxes it was the worst cleaning I've ever had performed . Stains and dirty in between seats was not cleaned . I requested to replace the bottom of my car and they decided that would be to expensive for me so they'd just made it "secure" . Now I am concerned about this hybrid system light that had never appeared in my vehicle coming on right after they worked on my hybrid system. I will now have to lose the ability to work with my vehicle and lose money because they were unable to do it with a full week vehicle was there at their shop . I personally had plans to getting a brand new 2023 there since the advisor Aliana was pretty friendly and made her best effort to connect with me while I was abroad . But now with this whole mess I am for sure not buying there my new vehicle nor coming back there to service . If light isn't resolved I will probably have to go back there since they were the ones who did it . I am truly disappointed with this dealership and the lack of respect to their costumer . My main goal was fixing the water splash which isn't fixed and next snow will once again create all the sensors problems I was having . Basically they only did the recalls and a poor detailing . If you have a Chrysler vehicle I would think before heading over there . More

It is about only parts not services. Sorry, I couldn't find rate possibility for Parts department. I needed to fill up my RAM 2500 with some antifreeze so I went to buy the recommended M Sorry, I couldn't find rate possibility for Parts department. I needed to fill up my RAM 2500 with some antifreeze so I went to buy the recommended MOPAR antifreeze. After thorough checking with the VIN number the part's guy told me a gallon of antifreeze would be $93+HST. I found it a bit exaggerated because on the MOPAR site they selling for about $25. After that I went to the North York Chrysler where I could buy for $45.77 with tax (!) the appropriate antifreeze. I know, in this hard times everybody try to make decent money but this greediness is inappropriate and unprecedented. More
