We're sure that you (and anyone reading this) know that there is a vehicle shortage and you are looking to buy the hottest vehicle we sell (the Jeep Wrangler) with thousands of dollars off of the price. Respectfully, Ramit couldn't have known that was your expectation.....we haven't had an offer like that in a long time. Hi there, JUST to be clear I discussed less than 808 prior to coming with Ramit. You were clearly informed of that and the response was ‘no reasonable offer will be refused’. If I then drive there (38 mins) and you say more than 808 (838 was the offer) then you’ve wasted my time with misleading informing. Even now, still being a snake. Not to worry! I just purchase one with an actually reputable dealership. Again, anyone reading this, please go elsewhere. You will save money, time, and not put up with misleading information.

Hi, we're sorry to read your review of your recent experience with our service department. We wish that your vehicle was still under warranty, but unfortunately the time has expired - regardless of the km. This is a manufacturer warranty and not something we have control over. We understand that you were not happy with this answer, but saying we damaged your vehicle is not going to change it. We have checked our own security camera footage and we can't see any incident where your vehicle might have been scratched in our service department. At the time of responding here, we have asked you to share your dash cam footage to understand your claim, but you haven't sent anything. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to respond to our Service Manager, Sandro Calzini, and we will be happy to assist you.

i accept that it was out of warranty.. it happens…. i am upset about the parking incident that has been recorded in the dash cam and service driver tried to unplug the dashcam hoping it wont be recorded… is that your policy to unplug dashcams??? the dashcam automatically records when it senses theres collission or driver might be in an accident… been in canada for years, and i have been your customer since i have my dodge journey 2015. i have no complains before this incident May 2022… i emailed your manager
