Patient, No Pressure Sales Went to purchase a new Grand Caravan in 2013. The deal didn't feel good at that time and I didn't purchase a vehicle at that time. Domenic showed care, was very patient and remove that perception I had about people in sales. Smilesssss. On Saturday morning September 19th, after dropping off a friend to work early that morning I had a few hours on my hands. Since I was in close vicinity to Downsview Chrysler, I just decided to drop in to check out some vehicle as I saw the flyer in the Friday newspaper. Upon entry then is where I meet Mr. Domenic who had a bright smile, he asked if I needed help. Well I am never a big fan of sales guys, so I said I am just here to look around. He didn’t back away instead he offered to get me a hot coffee and breakfast. Well I didn’t refuse since he offered; what was interesting he actually bought me a coffee instead of the free ones that was available to customer. I made a joke to him, why buy when there are free ones over there. While having coffee He suggested let’s have a seat and look at some option available to fit my needs, he showed me a few options and I finally made a decision, here I am with a brand new Dodge Journey. Also special “Thank You” to Eli as a manager he did not hesitated to approve when I asked for deals, also Masood, the finance manager for helping me to secure a loan, as I was fully aware I didn’t had the best credit. Masood did his best in getting me the best rates as I would have not been able to secure a loan by myself. Now I am a happy customer and would definitely refer new customers to Domenic, Masood at Downsview Chrysler, my 3 kids are super excited, they just want to drive around and enjoy the new ride.
