Purchased 2015 Highlander We were looking to buy a Highlander on July 30. Jeanete Maalouf (salesperson) told us they had a demo and she stayed past their closing at 9 to let us take a test drive. We came back the next day and made a deal at a good price. Both Jeanete and Vanessa Wang (sales manager) were a pleasure to deal with and we were more than satisfied with the price. There was no pressure to buy a fancier model than we needed. The said we might be waiting 8 weeks for the car, but we were able to pick it up exactly three weeks later on August 21. More

Great customer service On July 28, my 2006 Sienna driver side sliding door"s cable was broken. I drove it to the dealer as emergency visit. The Junior Assistant Service Mana On July 28, my 2006 Sienna driver side sliding door"s cable was broken. I drove it to the dealer as emergency visit. The Junior Assistant Service Manager Jackie Ng taking care of me and explained all the detail of the problem and he find out that due to parts defeat in that year of make Toyota extended the warranty of the cable. He put up a order to check both side door and they put new cables on both door with no charge. Also, the spare tire cable recall was addressed. not happy with the car I bought there at all Too bad to write negative thing about this dealer, but I have not been happy at all with the car I bought there... all defects after defects to deal w Too bad to write negative thing about this dealer, but I have not been happy at all with the car I bought there... all defects after defects to deal with, all I have to say now is only my regret for the fact that I bought the car at the dealer...this is my 5th car in my life and the worst car i bought for the price. You can still go there shop your car, but be very carful what you pick. do your research well and definitely do the test drive including high way drive. if you are not bright about cars, ask your friend who knows cars to test drive with you. It was partially my fault that I trusted the sales person too much, I should've researched more and test drive more. It didn't take too long to find myself disliked the car. I drove it back to the dealer asked to change it with something different a week later. The sales person who closed my sales was very much helpless, and the manager told us the value of the car I brought back after a week with very few extra miles on it for half of the price of I paid. I was so upset with it, but I couldn't do anything for that . It was a good lesson to me. I obviously won't be back to the dealer for my next car, but now I know what to be carful. More
