I have some issues with their maintenance service and complimentary tire swap package, and instead of increasing worse in terms of customer service. I have some issues with their maintenance service and complimentary tire swap package, and instead of increasing their services, they choose to let down their customers and charge me for the tire swap. - I got the reminder emails from 2 of their Service Dept. agents [Joan Zhou and Hairmary Zekaryas] regarding maintenance service, but after I sent replies to schedule an appointment, none of them confirmed back with me. *** I've had enough of this dealership. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, then I’ll take my business elsewhere and purchase my future vehicles from a dealership that values its customers and provides consistent after-sales support. Our RAV4 started showing the problem about engine rough idling, mis-fired and fuel consunpion 40 litres per 100km on July 20. We went to Don Valley North Toyota on 23rd with an appointment at 9:15am. The mechanic took our vehicle into the workshop at 10:40am then parked it back outside at 11:20am. When the mechanic talked to the front-desk staff, we overheard that front-desk staff reminding him to check the sensor as our vehicle is still under warranty. We were told that they didn't find any problem. At present, when we start the vehicle every time, the fuel average shows different number from 33 to 99L/100km. We called Don Valley North Toyota and left message to them. We also contacted Weins Group about the problem, we were told by email that someone would be in touch shortly with us regarding on this matter. Up to now, we have not got any response from Don Valley North Toyota about the problem of our Toyota RAV4 2023 as they don't take the problems seriously. You can see that all relpies from them to the rewiews are same words and always ask you to contact customersupport@weinscanada.com which is useless. We will contact related media to look into this matter. More

I already spoke with my service advisor Andrew Mudita and told me to contact Patricia but she didn't return a call or email The damage to my vehicle is a significant concern, and the absence of a response is causing further frustration and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter urgently and provide a clear plan of action to resolve the issue. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the next steps. Patricia Graham- the new manager at Don Valley North Toyota, is exactly what the Service department needed. She is caring, empathetic, & follows up. Even when the windshield I recently replaced wasn’t i Toyota, is exactly what the Service department needed. She is caring, empathetic, & follows up. Even when the windshield I recently replaced wasn’t installed properly by the installer, Patricia immediately offered to rectify things. She definitely goes above & beyond to make sure her clientele are well taken care of. Adding her to the service department should bring Don V. N. Toyota to be a place of excellence all around! More
Decent service and moderate wait times. Sadly, they have discontinued the discount for senior citizens. It wasn't a lot, but every bit helps when you are on a fixed income.
