I had a very pleasant experience at DVNT even though the people I dealt with were new to me and not my regular team. DVNT (John Cao) reached out to remind me that my regular maintenance was due and I booke people I dealt with were new to me and not my regular team. When I had to switch my appointment and added installation of my winter tires, he found me I time that was perfect for me. When I brought in my 2019 Toyota Corolla, I dealt with Jacob Ting. He was friendly, explained the work that would be done that day and advised me of work that might need attention in the future. That's it. The work was completed and I was out of there in just over an hour! It's great to know that the word "team" really does mean that any one of the employees here can form a group that can work together for the good of the customer. I felt comfortable that each person knew there job well. Thanks. More

This Don Valley North Toyota is a big scam. Never put any deposit to book new car. In case you change your mind later, nobody is there to help. Specially Sale person Jeffrey and Accounting person Li Chan. They don't answer properly. They will make your life miserable. After more than month, I didn't get my money back. They refuse to check with their head office Weins group accounting department, that's how they are unprofessional with their Job. I would say that Don Valley North Toyota just want your money. But if they have to pay your deposit back, no customer service. Sales persons and Accounting department never respond you back properly and professionally. I would say that they are well trained scam artist. Now I bet, they will say some nice thing in the response of review like sorry to hear, but customers service is very important to us or we value our customers which all are xxxxxxxx. Basically to get your deposit back as a refund is difficult task and Don Valley North Toyota will make your life miserable. More

This is the 3rd (18 months) time I have come in for my Extra Care Protection servicing on my RAVE 4; and each time it has been excellent--this time Service Manager was Zaki Tsihira and mechanic #162 (Kris Extra Care Protection servicing on my RAVE 4; and each time it has been excellent--this time Service Manager was Zaki Tsihira and mechanic #162 (Krist). A QR code does not work because I have no smart phone; and they don't send me the Review Request to my e-mail address, that they and the paperwork said, they will. There is a snag in this system; so I don't feel they are getting their due, for what they do. They always answer all my questions. I don't have a mechanical background; so that is not always easy. Please look into this snag in the System. Since this review is about service and not a sale, I won't complete much of the following. Just enough to identify, if possible. Appointment was 1:30 p.m. Oct. 3rd, 2023. More
