Joe was a very enthusiastic salesman who made us completely comfortable, offered us beverages and when we explained what vehicle we were interested in let us take one for a test drive. He was able to answer our questions and concerns without hesitation. My wife and I were more than pleased with the way he handled the entire deal If we ever decide to buy a replacement for our Camry we would not hesitate to call on Joe. More

Josh was extremely helpful and took the time to think what the best would be for us. He then introduced us to Catherine Lau (Sales). Catherine left a wonderful impression on us with her caring attitude and her smiling face. She helped us navigate what the best option for us would be and took the time explaining all the steps to secure a lease. We are very happy with our leased 2016 Corolla. She is a great asset to Toyota but more importantly to its customers. Thank you! More

Not only did I have to call to see if it was ready but when I got the car home, I discovered the new NAVI system did not work. Sergio D was the Advisor. Doesn't this dealer "test drive" their service work? A total waste of my time! I will never again return to this dealer!! More

Poor service I recently took my new car in to have tire repaired because I had a nail in it. I made an appointment waited over an hour for them to tell me they can I recently took my new car in to have tire repaired because I had a nail in it. I made an appointment waited over an hour for them to tell me they can't repair it and they don't have the tire in stock. Wouldn't get it until late that day or next day. I had to demand a rental car since I was going out of town and couldn't drive on spare. No one offered it to me even though I have an extended warranty and it is covered. Ended up paying for insurance for rental out of my pocket. Service department way too busy. Not impressed. More
