Driver was 20 minutes late so she walked over to the dealership service receptionist. When asked if her car is ready, the receptionist response was "I don't know" as if my wife had interrupted her in the middle of some work. She might want to be reminded that without customers, there won't be work at all. The Service Advisor Billy has excellent service and the right attitude but unfortunately my wife couldn't say the same about the receptionist. More

Worse service performance ever I have been going to this dealership for over 8 years. Many times they have under estimated the time required to service my vehicle (e.g. stating it I have been going to this dealership for over 8 years. Many times they have under estimated the time required to service my vehicle (e.g. stating it would take 2 hours to finish but taking over 2-3 times that amount of time to complete), but today takes the cake. For a supposedly 2-hour service appointment, it took over 8 hours to complete! After I paid and picked up my key, they didn't bother informing me that my car was still inside the building, so I wandered the parking lot, looking for my vehicle. Although I brought the vehicle on time at 8:30 am, the vehicle was finally "ready" at 5:30 p.m., and I didn't leave until almost 6 p.m., wading into bumper to bumper rush-hour traffic--> the one thing I wanted to avoid at all costs. To top it off, I had a four month-old baby with me, who screamed the entire way home, as I was fighting traffic to get home. By the way, the service I came in for was to change my winter tires into all seasons, and have the driver's sun visor replaced. Just the worse waste of time!!!! More

We both thought that the problem was transmission related but after they did some testing they found it was a cracked spark plug. They could have easily ran the billable hours up on this repair but instead replace the plug shock my hand and I was on my way. More

Scratches promised to be repaired and resurface weeks later, undercoating peeling do to being applied incorrectly on a muddy under carriage, they reapplied 2 more times and blamed washing was the cause. The truck had a clean car fax but tailgate and front bumper poorly painted which led to peeling.(manager Jason Coghlan claimes "he doesn't need to disclose")Annual sticker placed on wrong plate. There were other issues on delivery, mismatched and incorrect car mats, wobbling fog lights, truck is a 2013 and came with questionable tires from 2010. Rims over torqued (watched rim and tire mechanic struggle to remove). Mouldy smell when fan is turned on ( sales man Hameed suggested I buy my own ). Keep in mind the suprises have popped up within 3 months and less than 4500 km after perchase. A filthy loaner truck was given but with the poor quality repairs it was substandard. Extremely disappointed, I feel like I've been had. This is my first Toyota and the tundra mechanically is a superior truck but the employees/service at Don Valley North Toyota have no pride nor do they seem to care about their products. More

We had previously purchased 2 new vehicles with your now used car sales manager Jason Coughlin. As he was not available we were introduced to Joe Zhuo. Joe was a very enthusiastic salesman who made us completely comfortable, offered us beverages and when we explained what vehicle we were interested in let us take one for a test drive. He was able to answer our questions and concerns without hesitation. My wife and I were more than pleased with the way he handled the entire deal If we ever decide to buy a replacement for our Camry we would not hesitate to call on Joe. More
