I called them to complain and they tried to give me all kinds of reasons that was BS. No one from the owner to management called me back after I left numerous messages. I have never been back and will never go back. I do not recommend this dealership at all! More

My experience with the sales person Jeanete. I went to DV North Toyota to respond to the promo sheet I received in the mail. I had called a made an appointment to see a person about the ad which I went to DV North Toyota to respond to the promo sheet I received in the mail. I had called a made an appointment to see a person about the ad which stated about a new car or leasing a new car etc. At that time I was leasing a 2013 Matrix Toyota and the lease wasn't really up for another year. I was leasing it at DV North Toyota. I was just there to inquire about the flyer without any real intention of leasing a new vehicle. This is how convincing and good a sales person Jeanete is. 2 hours later I am signing on a new leasing contract for a 2016 Toyota Prius C with a full electronic package. When I went to pick up the new car, she was very kind to inform me about all the features of the Prius C. Needless to say, she was very convincing and now I have a new car. Recently she called to ask how I was doing. She also informed me that the previous car I had - the Matrix got sold! I hope they sold it for a good price, as I keep my cars clean, and low mileage at that. She is a true gem! More

I'm a matter of 24 hours after finding the car I loved it was ready for pick up. I'm so happy soby Joseph listened to exactly what I needed and provided that and more. They finally talked me in to a higher mileage vehicle of the same model (Scion TC) and told me it was in great shape. I even purchased an extended warranty for $1700 for piece of mind at theit recommendation. At my first service (Mr. Lube) they informed me that I had NO ENGINE AIR FILTER, NO CABIN FILTER and a battery in such bad shape they wouldn't even hook it up to test it. Within seven months from the purchase date, I'm told by another toyota dealership that the clutch is extremely worn and needs to be completely replaced for a cost of $2200 plus tax. Remember that $1700 warranty I got? Doesnt cover jack xxxx. Don't go to don valley north toyota for anything. At all. Please spread the word so others don't get ripped off as I did. More
Bad service long waits even with appointment i purchased my first car here and it was an unpleasant ordeal including them flat out lying to me about rustproofing. But unfortunately i since i did not no a good repair place in the area have taking the car in several times twice for oil change and once for a minor repair. 2 of the 3 times they lost my appointment and i was stuck waiting. The one time that they actually booked my appointment i still waited an hour to have the car seen. The shop is poorly run you get the impression they dont care and if they cant even book the appointment correctly can you trust them to actually fix your car. I only came here for service to save me the hassle of finding a mechanic but i have finally had enough not worth the headache. Find a decent mechanic and stay away. More

Driver was 20 minutes late so she walked over to the dealership service receptionist. When asked if her car is ready, the receptionist response was "I don't know" as if my wife had interrupted her in the middle of some work. She might want to be reminded that without customers, there won't be work at all. The Service Advisor Billy has excellent service and the right attitude but unfortunately my wife couldn't say the same about the receptionist. More

Worse service performance ever I have been going to this dealership for over 8 years. Many times they have under estimated the time required to service my vehicle (e.g. stating it I have been going to this dealership for over 8 years. Many times they have under estimated the time required to service my vehicle (e.g. stating it would take 2 hours to finish but taking over 2-3 times that amount of time to complete), but today takes the cake. For a supposedly 2-hour service appointment, it took over 8 hours to complete! After I paid and picked up my key, they didn't bother informing me that my car was still inside the building, so I wandered the parking lot, looking for my vehicle. Although I brought the vehicle on time at 8:30 am, the vehicle was finally "ready" at 5:30 p.m., and I didn't leave until almost 6 p.m., wading into bumper to bumper rush-hour traffic--> the one thing I wanted to avoid at all costs. To top it off, I had a four month-old baby with me, who screamed the entire way home, as I was fighting traffic to get home. By the way, the service I came in for was to change my winter tires into all seasons, and have the driver's sun visor replaced. Just the worse waste of time!!!! More
