Disappointing Customer Service We bought a 2014 Sienna XLE from them, which included a third party navigation system. After 2 months, the controls on the steering wheel that control the audio and handsfree phone, stopped working properly and I approached the dealership to fix the problem. The first time, they replaced the module, as the car was under warranty (we had taken extended warranty). The following year, I approached them again with the problem and this time they replaced the module with the original system that came with the car on my request. They kept the navigation system and since then I have not heard back with respect to any compensation or how they plan to deal with this incident. Very unhappy with the way this was dealt with and would not buy a car from them again because of the lack of customer service and diligence expected in this matter. Thanks to Joshua in service for his efforts, but wish he would have taken more concrete steps to deal with this problem effectively. More

Generally they've been competent but I've noticed that recently, they've started to make many mistakes. Nothing catastrophic, but annoying nevertheless. It's usually little things like not remembering to program the TPMS (this happened twice in a year, at each seasonal tire change), installing the cabin air filter incorrectly so that it was bent and just jammed in, and installing the brakes incorrectly so that they made a loud clack whenever you hit the brakes (the brakes themselves still worked correctly; the noise was just annoying). More

Number one cheater. i had toyota matrix 2013, i used it for two years around and then i had an accident, i repaired my car before i repaire i asked the salesman if i can switch my to a bigger car he gave a sienna 2015 but he didnt mention that i have to own them previous car money which will be transferred to my newer auto loan. Wow Later when i came to know they refused everything. When i said i dont want to keep toyota sienna or anything with toyota they were asking me to pay 10,000$ fine for breaking the contract. I am using 2015 sienna and i used it for 2 years. I paid u for two years why should i pay u 10,000$ for. "Cheaters" i learns alot from this location. if u lease or finance any car make sure u look what they write on a paper while explaining u payment plan. We could save around 6 to 8 thousand $. If we sharply look at there writting. They ask u to pay which we shouldnt be paying for. Anyway they rip me off by giving me this xxxx deal. I am giving away my toyota sienna 2015 leased for 5 years i completed 2 years driven 45000klm.
