Switching cars wow these people are trained to rip us off. very well professional tained staff. Number one cheater. i had toyota matrix 2013, i used it for two yea wow these people are trained to rip us off. very well professional tained staff. Number one cheater. i had toyota matrix 2013, i used it for two years around and then i had an accident, i repaired my car before i repaire i asked the salesman if i can switch my to a bigger car he gave a sienna 2015 but he didnt mention that i have to own them previous car money which will be transferred to my newer auto loan. Wow Later when i came to know they refused everything. When i said i dont want to keep toyota sienna or anything with toyota they were asking me to pay 10,000$ fine for breaking the contract. I am using 2015 sienna and i used it for 2 years. I paid u for two years why should i pay u 10,000$ for. "Cheaters" i learns alot from this location. if u lease or finance any car make sure u look what they write on a paper while explaining u payment plan. We could save around 6 to 8 thousand $. If we sharply look at there writting. They ask u to pay which we shouldnt be paying for. Anyway they rip me off by giving me this xxxx deal. I am giving away my toyota sienna 2015 leased for 5 years i completed 2 years driven 45000klm. Anyone interested email me your details and we can talk about it ( churchbloor@yahoo.ca ) Write in subject (( toyota sienna )) Thank u. More

I went to this TOYOTA dealership today because the check engine of my car had been going on and off for weeks. To be honest, I had have trusted this TOYOTA dealership since I bought my used car here and I strongly recommended one of my friends to buy a used car here(in the end, he bought a car here), but from now on, I will not trust this TOYOTA dealership. Today, I felt like the staff treated me as a pushover to make big money. Eventually, I paid 488.39 dollars after tax for only replacing an oxygen sensor with a new one pricing 250.70 dollars. In the meantime, I found out that this part was sold at about 85.00 dollars. So, I complained it to my advisor and he said, "that is not the original part from TOYOTA, and we only use parts from TOYOTA." YES! I WAS UNDERSTOOD. So, this TOYOTA dealershop is selling it at 250.70 dollars and the labour fees are 181.50. In total, that I had to pay was 488.39 dollars after tax. Almost 500 dollars! So, I requested to call the manager to negotiate the price. The manager's attitude was really awful. He just said, "no" and turned back. He didn't seem to be concerned about what I wanted to and wouldn't explain why it is too expensive. I still don't understand why they overcharged me for the replacement without valid resons. The advisor said, "so, is it my fault?" while I was paying money. It sounded like just, "You must pay the amount of money and stop complaining, it is so annoying." as he was frowning at me for my complaints. Anyway, they got almost 500 dollars as replacing my car's oxygen sensor. Today, I felt that they were disrespectful, rash, and irresponsible to me. AS FOR ME, THEY HAVE LOST ALL CREDIBILITIES AS A RESULT OF THIS AND WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. Well, I am not a soft touch any more. More

Big Beautiful Dealership, No Time for Customer Service Took my car in for an emergency service and it was the closest Toyota dealership to where I was. Agnes at reception was cold and clearly had no time for questions. Assistant Service Manager Joshua seemed really interested in helping me, but after four hours of waiting for answers, I had to call him for information and was told I would get a call back when more tests were done. I didn't get a call back. At least he told me there was only one more test being run and it should've been done that evening. I returned to the dealership the next afternoon. Agnes ignored my presence in the service line, despite making eye contact with me when I arrived, so I stared at her until she called me over. She told me it was Joshua's day off so I just need to wait for him to call me the next day! She didn't bother asking anyone else about the car. When I insisted I needed my car returned, she held up her hand in my face (!) and made a phone call to her "manager". She continued to speak in Cantonese in front of me, which i found incredibly rude as I obviously had no idea what she was saying. Then she told me to have a seat with no explanation. I had to ask what I was sitting down for and she said the manager will call Joshua and let me know the status. Agnes left after that and twenty minutes later, I asked another receptionist what was going on and she said no one knew. I had enough of the lack of service at this point. Thankfully Assistant Service Manager Billy helped (he called me on the phone not even knowing I was sitting 20 feet from him!). Billy was friendly enough, even though it was obvious he didn't know anything about my car issues and had no answers. Just glad I got my car out and I don't have to go back to DVNT. Beauty of a dealership though! Never seen anything like it! Just too bad about the lack of customer service. More
Disrespect and refusal to return credit card and DL Having previously purchased 2 cars from DVNT, I went in today to get a used Sienna. The salesman showed me a 2014 basic van with >67,000 kilometers. When asked, he said the middle seats could not be removed; I showed him how to do this. He did not know his product. With this mileage, the van was out of its overall warranty and almost out of the drive-train warranty. OK, give me a reasonable price break. I believed the asking price of $27,888 for a used, very basic, well-used van was too high. The salesman asked if I would take $27,500, and I explicitly said no, I would not consider a price reduction of $388. I wrote down an offer, as requested, and he asked for my drivers license and credit card to secure it, but stated it was too low. I said no to the request for the credit card and DL until he and I agreed on a price. He would not budge below $27,500 but said he was going to take my signed offer to the General Manager. He left the room and returned shortly thereafter saying the GM had accepted my offer but he needed the CC and DL to secure the deal. Deal, right? Wrong! He left the room with my DL and cc and returned shortly thereafter with a counter offer of $27,500, but without my credit card or DL. What! I already told him no, but where were my DL and cc? Who had them; he did not? What was DVNT doing with them? And why was I was told we had a deal, which is why I gave him my cc and DL. I then asked for the return of my DL and CC, but he flat out refused. I asked several times for their immediate return but to no avail. NOW that he had my cc and DL (somewhere), he wanted to discuss the price! After my refusal to budge on my offer, he then phoned the GM with my initial price. During his conversation, I more than once in a very firm voice reiterated that I wanted my DL and CC returned. Shortly after he hung up, the GM came into the room with my DL and CC stating he heard I wanted their return. The GM and I came within $300 for a price, but then he stated that some people do not bargain prices at all! What! That insult was the final straw. I politely left stating I would not buy any car from them. To assure you I was a serious buyer, after leaving DVNT, I immediately went to another Toyota dealer and purchased a nice 2016 Sienna for much more than $2,000 less than what DVNT was asking, and from a very respectful and honest sales representative/product adviser. Negotiate prices, people! Shop around. More

I've become a number I used to have a great service manager that treated me like gold, so I actually bought another Venza at DVN so I could still have him look after me. I used to have a great service manager that treated me like gold, so I actually bought another Venza at DVN so I could still have him look after me. Unfortunately he has left DVN and this time my experience was quite different. I've become a number. I had an appointment booked for Remembrance Day, which turned out to be a very busy day, which I understand. 3 hours to get my tires changed. ok. What bothered me was when I went to pay and claim my car, the woman at the desk just gave me the keys and pointed to the door. When I couldn't find the car and went back in, they brought it to me. I didn't like being sent out the door and told to hunt for my car. At least next time I will know where to look. More
