Customer Service I had gone to this location for an oil change and to check the back camera because it was not a clear view, but the camera was working. Once I had rea I had gone to this location for an oil change and to check the back camera because it was not a clear view, but the camera was working. Once I had reached the location I had asked the customer service representative if fixing the camera was covered in the warranty. He did not answer my question and was being very rude. After I had asked how long it would take he said " I don't know" and I asked approx will it take an hour he said "ya maybe". After waiting for an hour I had realized that the technician had seen the car and my car was waiting outside for 30 mins. But this employee did not acknowledge me in letting me know that my car was ready. After 20 mins he had called me up saying they had ordered the parts for the car. Again I had asked how long it will take and if it was covered in my warranty. He failed to answer me again and was really rude towards me. He just showed me the invoice and told me to read it in a rude manner. He was very unprofessional with the way he answered my questions. Again I asked how long it would take, his answer was " I don't know". I had asked him to add my cell phone number to the file so that they could contact me after the work was done but he said : I cant, I closed the system" and I told him I will not answer my house phone, he said that he will leave a message but I told him to add my cell number just in case. After I told him the number he said " ya I have it" in a rude manner. He was very unprofessional in they way he talked to his customers. He did not take time to find out how long it would take to fix my car but instead he said I don't' know for all the questions I asked him. Not only that but he was very rude in manner. He gave me the vibe that he was not customer service friendly, He also did not have a name tag on him, therefore I did not know his name. My overall experience was very bad and unprofessional. More
Disappointing Customer Service We bought a 2014 Sienna XLE from them, which included a third party navigation system. After 2 months, the controls on the steering wheel that contro We bought a 2014 Sienna XLE from them, which included a third party navigation system. After 2 months, the controls on the steering wheel that control the audio and handsfree phone, stopped working properly and I approached the dealership to fix the problem. The first time, they replaced the module, as the car was under warranty (we had taken extended warranty). The following year, I approached them again with the problem and this time they replaced the module with the original system that came with the car on my request. They kept the navigation system and since then I have not heard back with respect to any compensation or how they plan to deal with this incident. Very unhappy with the way this was dealt with and would not buy a car from them again because of the lack of customer service and diligence expected in this matter. Thanks to Joshua in service for his efforts, but wish he would have taken more concrete steps to deal with this problem effectively. More

Generally they've been competent but I've noticed that recently, they've started to make many mistakes. Nothing catastrophic, but annoying nevertheless. It's usually little things like not remembering to program the TPMS (this happened twice in a year, at each seasonal tire change), installing the cabin air filter incorrectly so that it was bent and just jammed in, and installing the brakes incorrectly so that they made a loud clack whenever you hit the brakes (the brakes themselves still worked correctly; the noise was just annoying). More
