From 2000 Honda Civic to a 2017 Toyota Prius C This dealership was suggested by my family when I was in the market for a new car. I was only looking at what was available at this dealership, but e This dealership was suggested by my family when I was in the market for a new car. I was only looking at what was available at this dealership, but ended up purchasing a Toyota Prius that very evening. This was largely due to the sales representative Joe Brancato. He first listened to what I was looking for and then showed me the different models that would be suitable to what I needed, answering all my mundane questions about how the windshield wipers are turned on, how the lights work, windows, heat, A/C etc. Of course he mentioned all the other features of the 2017 car that I was purchasing, but concentrated on the features that were important to me, answering the same questions in full. More

Customer Service I had gone to this location for an oil change and to check the back camera because it was not a clear view, but the camera was working. Once I had rea I had gone to this location for an oil change and to check the back camera because it was not a clear view, but the camera was working. Once I had reached the location I had asked the customer service representative if fixing the camera was covered in the warranty. He did not answer my question and was being very rude. After I had asked how long it would take he said " I don't know" and I asked approx will it take an hour he said "ya maybe". After waiting for an hour I had realized that the technician had seen the car and my car was waiting outside for 30 mins. But this employee did not acknowledge me in letting me know that my car was ready. After 20 mins he had called me up saying they had ordered the parts for the car. Again I had asked how long it will take and if it was covered in my warranty. He failed to answer me again and was really rude towards me. He just showed me the invoice and told me to read it in a rude manner. He was very unprofessional with the way he answered my questions. Again I asked how long it would take, his answer was " I don't know". I had asked him to add my cell phone number to the file so that they could contact me after the work was done but he said : I cant, I closed the system" and I told him I will not answer my house phone, he said that he will leave a message but I told him to add my cell number just in case. After I told him the number he said " ya I have it" in a rude manner. He was very unprofessional in they way he talked to his customers. He did not take time to find out how long it would take to fix my car but instead he said I don't' know for all the questions I asked him. Not only that but he was very rude in manner. He gave me the vibe that he was not customer service friendly, He also did not have a name tag on him, therefore I did not know his name. My overall experience was very bad and unprofessional. More
