We had an amazing experience dealing with Anish Vyas at Derrick Dodge. We bought a Traverse and he made sure to know the vehicle inside and out before we picked it up. I purchased a vehicle from Derrick Dodge which was the good part, the bad part was trying to get an extended warranty, the finance manager gave me a great deal and I told him I would be back to get in a w good part, the bad part was trying to get an extended warranty, the finance manager gave me a great deal and I told him I would be back to get in a week which he said was fine, but he wasn't in to do it like he said, I instead at to deal with with a different finance person who called the finance guy I was dealing with to confirm the numbers and instead of giving me the deal they first offered they doubled it, of course I said no, They had said they would call me the same day to try and go over the numbers and no one called, crappy customer service they are all good to you when you want to purchase, than don't care when you leave the door. Plus they didn't clean or do any proper check over the truck, do not buy from them. Plus they owe me a cleaning. More

I tried to purchase a vehicle from Derick dodge today for the advertised price only to find out they would not sell it to me even though it was communicated to me 4 different ways that the vehicle was availa the advertised price only to find out they would not sell it to me even though it was communicated to me 4 different ways that the vehicle was available for sale. They provided a song and dance and offered another vehicle not even close to the one advertised. When I contacted the Alberta Motor Vehicle Council (780-466-1140) they indicated I may have a legitimate complaint. I have never had such a poor experience purchasing a vehicle in all of my 63 years. Don't waste your time and experience the anguish I have, seek out another dealership with more integrity. More
