Wossen was very professional, courteous & patient with my husband & myself. He brought Curtis Jensen, Used Car Manager to meet us & Curtis was also very professional. Once the deal was complete, Wossen continued to assist us & introduced us to Barry Bubley, Business Manager who processed our paper work & assisted us in obtaining out of province transport insurance. All the while Wossen continued to offer any assistance he could. Once we had made the trip home, Wossen also called to follow up on our long trip home. It was a pleasure dealing with all the personnel at Derrick Dodge. We love our vehicle & had a very pleasant experience with Wossen! More

Avoided a recall I can't believe these guys knew about a recall on my 2013 mini van and instead of replacing the part they simply unplugged it!! What a joke and a shady dealership!! plus they lied to me on the price I had to pull up the ad on the website and show them what it was actually listed for, then played stupid, well actually it's probably because they are stupid!! Your better off taking your chances on a dirt lot probably less shady I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone how embarrassing More

Despite that I asked for a quote on a Dodge Grand Caravan for late August, 2015: I was assured that it couldn't be done. Ok, what's a quote for right now? $6,000 higher than what was on their website. Then I get a call from Will, who explains to me "we can't possibly quote you, or even give an indication, of what we would sell you a vehicle for in August, but I will e mail you a quote for one right now." Never heard from him. Meanwhile, Crosstown was able to do all of this, and were informed and decent people, unlike those at Derrick. I'm happy to never have to deal with Derrick again. More
fraudulent service/abusive service manager When completing a purchase of a new vehicle I was promised the world. When I went in for my routine oil changes that's all that was done even though, When completing a purchase of a new vehicle I was promised the world. When I went in for my routine oil changes that's all that was done even though, according the the inspection report, they claim to do many other things. When I spoke to the service manager regarding this he agreed they didn't do it and he said he would speak to the tech. At 10,000km tires should be rotated. The tech claimed I declined this even though it's free to me and was necessary. The tires were never rotated. Lazy, dishonest service techs (some,obviously,not all) and an absolute jerk as a service manager. More

Tried to give us $6k once the contract started . We bought the trade in from them 18 months ago for $20k. You do the math . They ripped us off one the first sale or they were ripping us off on the trade . Either way this dealership is NOT TO BE TRUSTED . More

Trevor "the Dutch Elvis" had no clue what I had in mind and I had no clue what a jeep enthusias I was looking for a Jeep and fate seemed to intervene. Trevor "the Dutch Elvis" had no clue what I had in mind and I had no clue what a jeep enthusiast he was. It took him 5 minutes to introduce me to my perfect Jeep. From the test drive to the final sale, Trevor was knowledgeable, energetic and a real pleasure to speak with and get to know. I'm sure I will be stopping in just to visit. Thanks to Jim Hew as well for handling all of the paperwork so efficiently. Overall I couldn't have asked for a more seamless purchase. More
