Service sucks Naught a 2014 rubicon had it for 5 months and know the engine is dead I put less than 5k on it and I had to replace battery, tires and know an engine. They lied and said I swamped it and that the air filter was plugged with mud. I checked it before I had it towed to Derrick Dodge and it was just a little dusty due to regular driving conditions. DERRICK DODGE WILL DO ANYTHING TO SELL YOU A PEACE OF xxxx BUT THEN BLAME YOU FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS. More

I went in to see Al Dewan at Derrick dodge and could not have had a better experience. It was a quick and painless process. Al showed me many different trucks and went over payment plans that would fit my budget. He was very honest and felt no pressure at all. After a couple hours I had purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram Sport. No pressure sales. Awsome sales rep. I contacted Derrick dodge looking for a 2011 dodge challenger 392. Unfortunately it was sold. But, Breanna the sales rep was trying really hard and fo I contacted Derrick dodge looking for a 2011 dodge challenger 392. Unfortunately it was sold. But, Breanna the sales rep was trying really hard and for a long time to find me another car lIke it.. No luck as of yet. But, via emails and text and numerous calls. She is still trying. Not to mention most of them on her time off. I have delt with alot of dealers in my time and never seen anything like this. I am also in Ontario which makes this even harder.
