Very unprofessional sales manager Do not buy a vehicle from Derrick dodge used car sales lot. The sales man WAQAR AHMED was a great help but the sales manager SVEN KLUBERT was very Un Do not buy a vehicle from Derrick dodge used car sales lot. The sales man WAQAR AHMED was a great help but the sales manager SVEN KLUBERT was very Unprofessional and didn't treat me with any respect. Was inquiring on buying a SUV when the manager SVEN KLUBERT told the sales man my car was a piece of xxxx right in front of me and then tried to denied it. I called him out on it and he didn't even aplogise to myself or my friend. I work in customer sercice and you never disrespect the customer like he did to me. Needless to say I've been looking for a SUV preferably a dodge, but after that experience. .it's left a very bad taste in my mouth. I've never felt so humulaited like that befor. More

Minivan Just bought our fourth dodge minvan from Derrick Dogde and obviously we are happy enough to return again to them. The sales guys were awesome. He called us to come see the minivans and told us about the canada wide rebates. So we came in. He was friendly and great to work with. We ended up also working with Paul when John had some well deserved days off. Both were great and helped us find a van that suited our needs and budget. More

They spent extra time finding the exact one I wanted and even took time to change out the seats for me to get the exact look I wanted. The Fiat unfortunately got delayed in transit, and the dealership gave me a loaner demo Fiat 124 Abarth to drive around until mine came in. That is beyond what I expected. Great service. Very much recommend this dealership. More

So you have a example they were nice to sell extra warranty and also protection packages but wen time comes to put it in use or in place they just now to give you a call back and leave a voice mail witch said : I'm sorry but was denied !!! My grand Cherokee has the leather from my dash board cracked , we don't have any idea how could that happend but the only explanation we have is the leather must give up with diference of temperatures or original defects !!! So we went to the dealer to show it and put in use our leather protection plan as well a warranty! After 3 different times and days off work to take the SUV to them and painfull process to get pictures off the dash and seat they finally told me They had already submit it in to FCA To get one answer back ! They call me one more time to take the SUV in one more time because they said it would be a verry expensive repair so the FCA wanted the maneger to have a better look and opinion about the crack on the dash leader so he could decide ! I called before I went one more time and for my surprise they tell me to go yes because the service maneger is in and wen I get there ( 20 minutes later ) no maneger there and no one can contact him leaving me like a idiot waiting one more time to get some more pictures and send me home one more time !!! One week later they just called and left a simple voice mail saying : Im sorry but it was denied !!! And not even explain a reason why ??? I felt I was treated with no respect or care about it !!!! We paid more then 65.000 for a new car and we realy take care or it We realy like it and but not with a crack on the leather dash .... They were very good to sell all protection pacadges but after that they don't care any more !!! Just advising !!!! Don't recommend them To anyone, !!!! More
Nice sales rep but... James was a nice sales rep. I made things easy. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted. I traded my 2012 Red Journey RT for a 2017 Red Journey GT. He really did James was a nice sales rep. I made things easy. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted. I traded my 2012 Red Journey RT for a 2017 Red Journey GT. He really didn't have to pitch anything to me but we did road test a 2017 on our way to an overflow lot. And he found the vehicle that I wanted except that I really did not want the 3rd row of seats but got it anyway. I'm not sure how I ended up paying $399 for security protection but what's done is done. Where the experience failed was with the finance department, the sales manager, and service department receptionist. Finance officer left me a snotagram on my voicemail that sounded like he thought I had tried to steal my car. Sales manager pulled that stereotypical SM attitude. Literally, kept my husband waiting for hours. He was again kept waiting by the Finance Officer who didn't let me know that I had to be there for my husband to sign documents - more wasted time. The service department receptionist looked at the invoice for my mud flaps - which should have been included with the vehicle (old one had them), saw that the total was $202.00. She thought that was the price for 2 mud flaps, not 4. Could not believe that she was expecting that I should pay $400 for mud flaps! Clearly, she does not have confidence in the parts manager's pricing of the invoice. I did not even wait in the service waiting area but chose instead to go for a walk. I could not wait to get my car and leave. Overall, I did not find the atmosphere at Derrick Dodge to be friendly and inviting. The parking area is very limited and it is difficult to maneuver in the area because they have so many new vehicles jammed in there. I wish I had purchased elsewhere - specifically Straightline Chrysler in Fort Saskatchewan. More

Greasy Car Salesman Strikes Again Bought a used ram 2014 3500. Leading up to the time I sat down and completed the sale, the salesmen were pushy, constantly emailing, texting and calli Bought a used ram 2014 3500. Leading up to the time I sat down and completed the sale, the salesmen were pushy, constantly emailing, texting and calling. Communications were great, but annoying. After buying the truck and beginning the trip back to the east coast I never made it 40 minutes outside of Edmonton and the truck started having trouble (8 km/h max speed in xxx km, Service DEF system,see dealer message). Since I had such great communications with the salesman, I pulled over and called and got no answer, text and got no reply. Finally got a text back hours later that was of no help at all. Luckily I brought a code reader and got to clear the codes myself. After getting home, I noticed the a copy of the "clean carfax" was not in the folder with the other documents for the truck. I asked for the carfax multiple times during the process of buying the truck, the salesmen said it was clean and he'd put a copy in the folder. I took it upon myself to get the carfax and sure enough theres a claim in there for over $15,000.00. Thanks Derrick Dodge for lying to sell a truck. More
