I just bought a 2016 dodge rebel from these guys and it’s been an absolutely terrible experience, from the finance department trying to charge me $1300 for a “warranty transfer”, sending the payout on the truck I traded in the the wrong bank. when we went for a test drive the sales guy told me the original owner of the truck traded it in because he wanted a 3/4 ton, then when we got back to the dealership the sales manager came over and told me the truck was lady driven and she traded it in because she thought the truck was to nice for her and wanted a SLT model. They also told me the truck would come with a full tank of gas and when I went to pick it up it only had half a tank and I had to argue with the sales guy to fill it for me. After driving the truck for a week the back up camera stopped working so I brought it in to service. They did a “free” 70 point check and told me my 4x4 needed a service because the dif oils were dirty. (Although I had a a check list from the service department 2 weeks earlier saying my fluids were fine) it’s amazing this dealership has been in business for so long. I have been telling everybody I know not to buy a vehicle from these crooks. These people are the reason everybody has such a low opinion of car salesmen and service departments More

Broken Windshield After Service Work I got my Fiat from here a few months ago, and on New Years it developed an engine problem. I brought in for service and they had it for a week and a h I got my Fiat from here a few months ago, and on New Years it developed an engine problem. I brought in for service and they had it for a week and a half. When I picked it up, there were multiple cracks in the windshield that weren't there before. There were no rock chips - the cracks started at the bottom of the windshield, and look to be caused by stress (maybe lifted incorrectly?). Spoke with several people in the service department, and they said they'd look in to it as they'd never seen this happen before (something they mentioned repeatedly). Brandon, from the service department, finally got back to me and explained that his boss said, "because it was cracked by the move from the warm inside to the cold outside" the best they'd be able to do is essentially a 50% discount on a replacement windshield. This is completely unacceptable. It happened in their care, and they couldn't even be bothered to let me know before I picked it up. In fact, every time I've been told they'd call me, with the exception of the last time, I've had to call them ("It's really busy", "Sorry, I forgot", etc...). I reached out to the sales guy I dealt with, James "the deal guy" Grouse and the response I received was "That sucks sorry to hear that". So, if you value your car, don't take it here. More

Service department can be rude and unorganized I purchased a Dart and 2 months later it had an issue. Well I had taken my car to derrick dodge in march of this year to have them diagnose my issue, I purchased a Dart and 2 months later it had an issue. Well I had taken my car to derrick dodge in march of this year to have them diagnose my issue, and they determined a new thermostat was required. They also told me it would be a few weeks before one came into their shop, so I waited. After a few weeks I received no phone call so I called Derrick Dodge to find out where my part was. They informed me it was on back order. After a few more days of contacting them I was informed they would contact me when the part came in. I received no phone call and the issue seemed to just go away on my car. It is now December, my car has given me the same issue as it did in March so I visited Derrick Dodge again. The service manager I dealt with was very rude and not friendly towards me and my issue, and I did not receive a reason why my part was forgotten about early this year. It just didn't feel like a very welcoming interaction. I use to go to Derrick Dodge for convenience but I will now take the trip to Londonderry Dodge for the customer service and workmanship. More
