Good experience ruined by the Finance Manager I almost had a great experience buying a Dodge Ram at Derrick Dodge. All was good until I get to the finance manager Myron Mossing to finish up the sale. After multiple sales pitches and trying to up sell me on random warranties, I told him I just wanted the truck thanks for the offer but no thanks. When I came in to sign everything up the next day he had slipped in $1600 worth of charges I did not ask or agree too. Had he asked if I wanted a $600 tire rim warranty I would have declined as I did with all the other up sells. If he asked if I wanted a $400 key fob warranty, I would have again declined. Then there was some random etching charge of $600 that showed up which he said he couldn't do anything about because it was already done. All he could say is sorry! those fraudulent charges should have been removed at my request.. He can deal with AMVIC. More

We were in the market for a newer vehicle and the salesman (Veer) did a very unusual thing; instead of just sitting at his desk and showing a computer screen of vehicles for sale he said “would you like to walk the lot and see what we have”. That was really refreshing. He showed us new cars and used cars to help us decide what we wanted. Found a premium used vehicle that was very close to what we had told him we would be interested in. Price was excellent and they were very fair to us on our trade in. When we picked up the new car it was cleaned to new car standards. Thank you Veer for our best car buying experience ever. More

Sales Pro Veer was super helpful at showing/explaining features of the vehicle and over the course of three visits, was incredibly patient in helping me to arrive at a deal I was comfortable with. Also had one small issue (missing cargo cover) after I had taken delivery which he promptly resolved. And thanks to Barry in Finance for his advise and assistance in "getting the deal done". I admittedly was dreading the ordeal of a major decision such as this and can honestly say they made the experience much less stressful than it could have been .... and no pressure! I would have no problem recommending this dealership and the the staff mentioned. More

Service Department is terrible I purchased a used vehicle which had windshield issues that required 3 separate service visits and they wanted another appointment to fix. I had enough after two days of not having my calls returned I went to the dealership to collect our Patriot. I took our Patriot to the Windshield Surgeons and it is having a new windshield put in as I type this review. Thankfully I had a great sales person Dave Barker and his manager Sam who stepped up to make this right and reimburse me. I also had problems with the service department regarding new tires and an alignment that was not done. Overall the service department has very poor communication and follow thru. My service advisor Mo was hard to deal with. I have only had this vehicle for a month. More
