We are sorry you feel you had a negative experience with your Infiniti M35X. We did not inspect your brakes as you had brought your vehicle in for a malfunction light diagnostic (ICC fault) not a brake inspection as the two services are completely unrelated. As discussed, when you picked up the vehicle, we went over the brake noise that you heard. The service advisor recommend a brake inspection as he and your friends both suspected the brake pad squealers may be what is causing the noise.
