Country Hills Nissan

This one of my worst day! First problem is they told me that my car will be done morning around 11am, so I call them around 12:20 they told me after 20 yo 30 mins my car is done and will book shuttle to that my car will be done morning around 11am, so I call them around 12:20 they told me after 20 yo 30 mins my car is done and will book shuttle to pick me up 30 mins or before 1pm. So I prepare early but it already 1:30 shuttle not come so I called again I and ask why and they said they gonna book me a shuttle and I said someone book me already. So I wait 1 hr again coz 2:pm nothing show up and only 10 min drive only from place.. I called again and the said they will book me Uber and after 30 came. No. 2 problem They charged me to much for only solenoid assembly replacement because my gear won’t shift and it cost $1300. Parts cost almost $800, labour 349 plus materials used and Gst so total of $1300+.My insurance payed only 801 and I still payed $435. This is to much charged for the parts for a small piece parts.. Nissan be firm when you book your customers for rides and the charges! They don’t show me the price of the solenoid assembly where they bought it? Not happy to buy service here! More

these guys are crooks, they tried to sell me a nissan rogue SV with 12,000 km in it for 36,000$. 350$ bi weekly. just the regular SV. i went to Brasso nissan . and i got abrand new one with sunroof and rogue SV with 12,000 km in it for 36,000$. 350$ bi weekly. just the regular SV. i went to Brasso nissan . and i got abrand new one with sunroof and tech pakage for 35,000$ 349.24 bi weekly. with 4 yrs free oil change free roof rail and bumper protector and all season floor mats. I would never recommend this dealership! I contacted them first thing in the morning. Got emails that the truck we were looking at was listed incorrect online, but would send the correct info. He Sent personal pictures of them using the truck for camping. Started to work on a deal, provided budget, spoke on phone and we asked for pics and written quote. When we questioned Tariaks math, I was suddenly ignored, he would not return emails or calls. Then we got an email from Tarik saying, sorry “ but someone came in and purchased the vehicle today. I just was wait to see if the client would get approved and he did.”. So much for working with the person in the midst of a negation. Wow! First time In all my car buying history! Imagine if something ever went wrong with your truck. Appears I should have headed the warning from others here. Not somewhere I see ever buying from! Tarik was horrible to deal with! More
