He then prepared our offer which was accepted. Next, we met Robyn Wright, to arrange financing. Her qualified experience was easy to see immediately. She walked us through arranging financing and had an approval within 2 hours. Wow . . . .at 65 years old and with all the vehicles I ‘ve bought, I was never shown this was the way it could be done. Head light misshap Brought my truck in for some work and to also get my driver side headlight fixed. The said it was the wiring harness clip that was the problem. They replaced it and when I got my vehicle home I noticed that I have one low beam light and one high beam light on. Not only did they incorrectly wire the part but the broke a plastic clip, left a screw for my front grill out which I found on a cross member, didn't clip the grill in properly, the under hood light was left just dangling. With the quality of the workmanship I didn't want them touching my truck anymore. So I went back to ask for a refund for the cost of the labour and said I would fix it properly myself. They denied that request and said the best they can do is an in house credit for the labour. So now I payed them labour for something I have to fix myself and I did refuse the credit because I will never be back. My service advisor Dustin P. was helpful and seemed distressed for my situation but his hands were tied since his service manager wouldn't do anything for me. The service manager didn't even bother to come and talk to me. More

They consistently have the best price on vehicles I have purchased, so much in fact, that Dean Yawney has sold me two vehicles within the past six months. The service department has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my concerns have been addressed. This is very difficult to find in a dealership nowadays. Would I buy another vehicle at Cochrane Dodge and Dean Yawney? In a heartbeat! More
